Includes 1 bedroom(Queen), private kitchen/dinning room, living room and a bathroom. The townhouse is restored with beautiful, vintage details but also with all the comforts of modern living like high speed Wifi, digital thermostats and entry to the home via smart lock. *additional one time fee of $25 to set up air mattress for 2 guests. All guests are welcome to use all facilities on our property; including our backyard. The property is centrally located in the heart of historical uptown Kingston. Explore the weekend farmers market just steps from the front porch, as well as local cafes, restaurants, museums, and music venues. The Bau Guesthouse is easily accessible. It is 7min walk from the Kingston Trailways bus stop and 5min drive from I-87 throughway exit 19. Parking on our street is metered Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. Also free street parking is available just around corner from us.

LR has a day bed for added sleeping space. Come spend time in a tranquil setting.

Enjoy the historic Rondout district of Kingston while relaxing in this beautiful, one-bedroom, one bath unit on the first floor of a brick building from 1900. Welcome to the Sunset Garden room. You will be staying in a hand built studio apartment featuring a Queen bed, a kitchenette, a small table, and a sitting/reading nook. There is a well lit handicap accessible private entrance, and sliding glass doors to a bluestone patio. The bathroom features a wheelchair accessible shower, and a soaking tub. You will be walking distance from the town , with a fine selection of eateries and shops . Nature abounds, with close access to trails.

Cliff Top retreat with a one hundred mile view of the Shawangunk's and the Catskill Mountains, surrounded by thousands of acres of ancient forest. Conveniently located in the Hudson Valley Wine and Orchard country. Twenty minutes from Beacon and New Paltz. Furnished with mid-century and 18th century period furniture and art work, yet with all the modern conveniences. Uber and Lift an easy five minutes away. The ancient forest contains many Stone Age rock shelters and calendar sites.

This private apartment, with its own entrance, is attached to one end of our house. The apt door and our front door are separated by a long patio. Please be advised: We do not give discounts or refunds for issues related to inclement weather. If there are issues with your reservation, or last minute cancellations, that will be reviewed on a case by case basis with Airbnb. While we love kids and pets, we cannot accommodate them here. Catskill Village House - Mountain View Studio

Our largest option, the Mountain View Suite incorporates high ceilings, and mountaintop views from a raised dining area to provide a large and light oasis. Located on the second floor, the suite features custom antique accents and original artwork that evoke a sense of adventure. The room includes a large bath with clawfoot tub and shower, kitchenette, and sleeper sofa. Custom queen mattress (featured at the Four Seasons NYC), organic cotton sheets.

1-bedroom, above the historic Woodstock Pub. Full Futon, able to accommodate 3 people. On local and Trailways Bus lines. Walk to shops, restaurants & The Colony. Plenty of hiking trails, skiing, kayaking, music, theatre, etc. Noise from pub below on weekends fluctuates. Bar/restaurant last seating at 9pm Fri/Sat. $10 food voucher, courtesy of your hosts. Twin mattress available on request for extra guest. $25 fee.

Downstairs Victorian style private suite with it's own entrance to large front hall, bedroom & bathroom in an old stone farmhouse filled with mid-20th-century artwork. Easy access to outdoors. The house is one of the original deeds in Clove Valley dating back to the 1700s. The home has lots of character on a sustainable farm adjacent to the Mohonk Preserve & 7 miles to Minnewaska State Park.
