We hebben met onze familie een erg fijn verblijf gehad. We werden vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen, het huis was groot, zeer, zeer goed uitgerust en smetteloos schoon. Het was jammer dat een hond de hele nacht blafte, bij de buren.

Wir hatten bei besten Oktober-Wetter einen unvergesslichen Urlaub im Haus von Kostas. Die direkte Lage am Meer und der unfassbar schöne Blick, die gute Austattung des Hauses und das gesamte Ambiente haben für einen perfekten Urlaub gesorgt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es ist geräumig, schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders haben uns der Pool und die Grillecke mit Steinofen gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Kostas war immer sehr nett. Er hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Eine der besten Unterkünfte, die wir je hatten. Wir kommen gern wieder und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

Great apartment, exactly as described! Clean, tidy, easy to find and check-in. The location is in a relatively quiet neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants, bars and all sorts of other businesses - about 20min from downtown with no traffic.

Dear Artemis, Thank you very much for a wonderful time with you in Dikastka. Your house with pool was great and everything was perfect. Many thanks for your warmth and help if anything was missing. Our whole family felt very comfortable - everything we needed was also available for the baby. We can recommend everyone to get to know Artemis and her husband. The kilometer long beach is on the one hand nature on the other hand you will also find small tarverns. Thank you very much Jürgen

Από την αρχή, όπου η επικοινωνία ήταν μέσω μηνυμάτων, ήταν απόλυτα εξυπηρετικοί και απαντούσαν άμεσα. Το σπίτι (και ο περιβάλλοντας χώρος ήταν ΠΕΝΤΑΚΑΘΑΡΑ), πολύ προσεγμένα όλα και μοσχομύριζαν φρεσκάδα και καθαριότητα ακόμα και οι κουρτίνες. Μας διέθεσαν ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν (μέχρι και σκεύη φούρνου για μαγείρεμα), υπήρχαν προμήθειες σε καφέ, ζάχαρη, γάλα, μαρμελάδες, φρυγανιές, λάδι, ξύδι, μπαχαρικά, τσουρέκι (μιας και ήταν Πάσχα), πεντακάθαρες extra πετσέτες μπάνιου και σεντόνια, πλήρης εξοπλισμός για το μπάνιο, μέχρι και ολοκαίνουργιες, σφραγισμένες παντόφλες και οδοντόβουρτσες για όλους μας. Ακόμα και η σκούπα και η σφουγγαρίστρα και το σφουγγάρι του νεροχύτη για τα πιάτα ήταν ολοκαίνουργια. Γενικά δεν υπήρχε κάτι που να μην το έχουν προβλέψει, ήμασταν πλήρως καλυμμένοι σε όλα. Ευγενικοί και οι γονείς του Αναστάσιου που μας υποδέχτηκαν με χαμόγελα και καλή διάθεση. Σίγουρα θα τους προτιμήσουμε ξανά μιας και ξεκουραστήκαμε και νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!

It was an amazing stay, the host was friendly and responded very quickly. The communication was easy. The place was so clean and aesthetically pleasing. I recommend it to you, if you have booked a concert at the Olympic Stadium, the distance is walkable.

Constantinos was totally incredible. He went out of his way to help us get around as the roads were all blocked for a local race. He even picked us up and got us out of the blockade so we could get a taxi. Even more incredibly when we were unable to return to the apartment for check-out due to the heavy traffic, he came to the airport to pick up the keys. Can’t say thank you enough!

upstreet的房源太棒了！抱着忐忑的心情尝试民宿upstreet的房源，结果令人惊喜，首先是干净真的非常干净，我很在意床的舒适度，他们达到了，厨房应有尽有，我可以煮我想吃的东西，洗手间浴巾沐浴露洗发水都很齐全，洗衣干衣又很方便，唯一不足的是这套房有些偏，去大超市要12分钟左右，出门左转倒是还有一间小杂货店，日常也够用了。 正是因为upstreet房源的干净舒适，接下来的十几天，我又定了他们家另外一处房源，同样超乎预料的令人满意

Мястото е на отлична локация - съвсем близо до пристанището. В съседство има много магазини, пакарни, заведения. Мислех, че съм много далече от минералните извори, но реално са на 10 минути пешеходно разстояние. Мястото е чисто и приятно. Искам да благодаря на домакина - имах технически проблем с автомобила и той ми оказа съдействие.

This was an amazing find! Maria was very nice and helpful, always responding to messages and helping out. The place was beautiful and in a great location, close to many beaches and restaurants. A real gem!

Όλα ήταν άψογα, Η επιλογή είναι εξαιρετική είτε πρόκειται για επαγγελματική χρήση (γκρουπ) είτε για οικογενειακή.

Εξαιρετική επιλογή για να μείνει κάποιος στη Χαλκίδα!!! Το σπίτι ήταν ευρυχωρο και πεντακάθαρο!!! Πολύ άνετο για μια οικογένεια!!! Η Δανάη ήταν πολύ φιλική και επικοινωνιακη!! Την ευχαριστούμε για την άψογη φιλοξενία της!!!

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα, πολύ καθαρό, πολύ κεντρικό με πρόσβαση σε όλα τα κεντρικά μέρη της Χαλκίδας με τα πόδια και πόλη καλή πρόσβαση με αστικές συγκοινωνίες. Πόλη φιλική και ουσιαστική επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Mania’s place was exactly as it is shown on the pictures. Amazing location with sea view and 5 mins walking distance from the city centre. It was clean and spacious.

Having the large outdoor patio area all to ourselves almost doubled the living space of the apartment. And the views were beautiful from the patio. The apartment was clean and as described. Host was very responsive. And very accommodating.

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετική από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, όμορφα διακοσμημένο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική — ήσυχη αλλά ταυτόχρονα κοντά σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Η οικοδεσπότης ήταν φιλική, εξυπηρετική και πάντα διαθέσιμη για οποιαδήποτε απορία είχαμε. Μας έδωσε πολύτιμες συμβουλές για την περιοχή και φρόντισε να νιώθουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Great cozy place for two couples. Nice balcony to hang around. Everything you need is in the house. 7 minutes walk from very nice beach and taverns

So glad to have found this apartment as it was perfect for our stay. We needed to extend a couple of times, which was always accepted promptly. The apartment felt safe and secure, and there were all of the amenities that we required. We arrived on a Sunday and Sophia helped us with suggestions for food that evening. It is clean, and the bed was comfortable, although the pillows were very soft. We did have very noisy neighbours for 3 nights, but this was a rental and when they moved, it was perfectly quiet. Some days we needed to avoid physical activity, which was when the garden was really appreciated. You are not far away from the mall, and Chalandri, or hospitals. It is a short walk to a big supermarket, and a short taxi ride to the train station. We did enjoy Blinkers, which was a cafe just around the corner, and so glad we found this. The welcome snacks were really appreciated, thank you. All in all, we recommend this apartment and the host.

Πολύ καλό και καθαρό σπίτι, η οικοδέσποινα πολύ ευγενική και φιλική, μας έδωσε συμβουλές για την περιοχή και ήταν πάντα εκεί για ότι χρειαστούμε!

I dont have the words to describe how good was our stay at Logothetis place. We just loved everthing. The aparment was quiet, beautiful, spacious and tidy. We came with our 3 month old baby and it was very comfortable. The neighbourhood was so nice and relaxing and above all Logothetis was so kind and helped us with everything we needed. This place was perfect. cant wait to come back. Thank you Logothetis!
