Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

Das Haus befindet sich am Nordufer des Zeller-Sees und ist zweistöckig ausgeführt. Im Erdgeschoß ist ein großzügiger Wohnbereich, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit großem Essbereich und Zugang zur überdachten Terrasse. Zusätzlich ist ein Schlafzimmer sowie ein WC vorhanden. Im Untergeschoß befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer sowie 2 Badezimmer, eines davon mit WC. Der See ist in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Zentrum von Zell am See ist 1,5 km entfernt. Auf Wunsch Frühstücksservice möglich!

Apartment central located -2 min walk to the lake

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Das Appartment liegt im Ortsteil Schüttdorf/Zell am See in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Ein eigener Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Eingang. Die gesamte Wohneinheit befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, ein eigener Vorgarten lädt zum Entspannen im Freien ein. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars, Geldautomat, Busstation. Kostenloser Skibus nach Kaprun nur 300m entfernt. Die neue Areitbahn mit Schischule ist nur 700m entfernt und ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.

Ski areas, toboggan runs, alpine huts, mountain bike routes and hiking trails, Zell am See, Kaprun can be reached in no time by car. The tourist tax is included in the price.

Unser neu errichtetes AlpenNatur Chalet ist ein exklusives Ferienhaus errichtet aus heimischen Naturmaterialien wie Altholz, Zirbenholz und Naturstein. Direkt am Tauernradweg mit Ausblick auf die Bergstation der Areitbahn und die umliegende Natur, findet man hier die perfekte Auszeit. Eine frei stehende Badewanne und unsere Zirbenholz Sauna gehören sicher zu den Dingen welche man anderswo nicht so leicht findet.

Das Appartement befindet sich im Stadtzentrum - zu Fuß zu Restaurants, Bars, Geschäfte, Stadtgondel zum Skifahren und Wandern. Es gibt leider keinen fixen Parkplatz beim Haus - es kann ein Parkplatz in der öffentlichen Garage für 15€/24 Std. angemietet werden, Stand: April 2025.
