Das denkmalgeschützte Haus ist ein Kulturgut mit nationaler Bedeutung. 10 Meter zum See und dem ÖV in 8 Minuten im Zentrum von Zürich. WC und Küche geteilt, aber viel Privatsphäre dank separatem Eingang. Ideal ist die Wohnung für 1 Paar aber es gibt die Möglichkeit noch auf einem Sofa zu schlafen.

My apartment is simple but comfortable, ideally located just 10 meters from the Tuffennweis tram and a 5-minute walk from Alstetten train station. In just 15 minutes walk included, you can be anywhere in the heart of the city. It is a simple stay at an accordable price, if you want to move in on a long term basis (& year l’été) the rent is 2 500 charge included.

Oubliez vos soucis dans ce logement spacieux et serein. Au calme, entouré de verdure, et à 1 minute des transports pour aller au centre ville. Cet appartement est sur 2 étages, c'est mon logement principal que je loue pendant mes vacances, la cuisine est donc bien équipée. Vous apprecierez la décoration luxueuse, et de bons lits.
