Kitchen is newely renovated and well appointed. Master bedroom, overlooks waterway behind the house and the Sierra mountains. The second bedroom has a private deck with water views, as well as views of heavenly ski resort.

The house is right on the lake making it easy to go fishing, boating, paddling, swimming, kayaking or water-skiing. The top part is available for air bnb families, the bottom part is locked as it is used for event space with no sleeping quarters.
