Everything was absolutely perfect and host gave great directions on checking in and out. Location is dead center downtown and everything is in walking distance that you would wanna check out. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay here, it had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. Coby was very easy to communicate with and was always prompt in replying. The place was very easy to find, there was plenty of parking and it was in a great location! We never used the car once we arrived as we were able to walk everywhere. The place was super clean, super quiet and very secure. I especially liked the shower, it was amazing! I’d love to return to Wilmington and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful long weekend in Wilmington! Rachel's rental is a great location to enjoy all downtown has to offer. And oh, the unit itself was outstanding! It is exactly as described, yet felt even more inviting in person. Yes, it is on the petite side, but for just two people it was perfect. We did not use the kitchen (too many great restaurants to visit), but the rest of the unit exceeded our expectations. The sofa is actually so comfortable - description does not specify this but both sides recline. The bathroom was super nice, huge shower with great water pressure. The bed is a little on the firm side, but that's a personal preference. The building is very secure with the security code to get in the lobby and another to get in the unit. Unit door can be a little funny to close, but we got the hang of it. Had no problem, unloading or loading, and the parking garage is only a couple of blocks away. Just hold the parking pass up near your review mirror. We will be back - thank you Rachel!

We loved our stay at Michael’s home! The house is exactly as described, nicely appointed, and very clean. We appreciated the welcome snacks and nice touches such as makeup wipes and qtips in the bathroom. Michael is very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area.

Excellent apartment! Great location, easy walk to all of downtown Wilmington. Very clean and just as described with lots of nice touches. Would definitely recommend.

The review provided was actually not the Salty Seahorse, but to a single home in Kure Beach, one block from the ocean. Due to an unforeseen maintenance need, Carrie Ann reached out and offered her newly acquired Kure Beach home for our upcoming stay in Wilmington. Host, Carrie Ann, was very attentive and accommodating and luckily had a location where we could stay. The home was spotless, very nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen - plenty of everything needed! The bathroom provided toiletries and an ample supply of linens. The furniture was comfortable, including the porch table, chairs and umbrella - where we enjoyed coffee each morning. There was a slight drain issue to which we reached out to Carrie Ann and she immediately responded. The problem was quickly and thoroughly dealt with within about an hour of my reaching out to her. I would highly recommend this home and, Carrie Ann exceeded my definition of a super host or prime host! Excellent experience!

I feel fortunate every time I get to enjoy Timothy's Beach Adjacent home when I visit Wilmington. It's always well supplied, very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully designed! Cheers to Timothy: another very enjoyable stay and another job well done!

second time we have stayed there. close to restaurants, bars, music, inlet is 100yds away for fishing charters, good cold ac l and was easily extended our stay for a day.

I can’t say enough good things about Christina’s beautiful home! I wanted a quick weekend getaway and this was the perfect retreat. It was so amazing that I asked to stay one more day than originally planned! You won’t be disappointed with the location or the beauty of the home so comfortable felt right at home immediately. Beach supplies in the garage, which is also such a convenience and plus! I will be booking again :)

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Caylan and Jennah were super thoughtful and helpful hosts. Can’t wait to come back!

This house is beautiful! The layout is great, the back yard is a huge bonus, it is close to every thing, and it is in a cute neighborhood. The bedrooms are large, the water pressure (chef's kiss) was amazing, and the beds were comfortable. it also has a great kitchen and living room that is all open concept. We evacuated here after Helene and booked quickly late at night. Justin was quick to respond and immediately offered to help us out. He not only helped us, but also brought resources to our area that was completely devastated by the storm. He checked in on us and made sure we were taken care of. Justin is not only an exceptional host, but he is an exceptional human being. I cannot thank him enough. Stay at this house and rent from Justin, it is worth every penny!

We did our annual golf fraternity golf trip and this year several guys stayed at Sea Oats on Lockwood Folly. They all enjoyed staying at this home and I received comments like, "very comfortable," "clean, with plenty of amenities and convenient" and "a great house." Marty is a wonderful host and always responded to any question I had. The house description you see is exactly what you'll get and we plan on renting it again next year.

The house was beautiful! We had 9 adults and it still felt huge! Area was perfect and the beach access was wonderful. The host (Jim) was so responsive with questions and extremely friendly. Highly recommend

We were so excited to find Suzanne’s place last minute. The place was beautiful. It was extremely well taken care of. The balcony was an extra room! It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable outdoor furniture. I loved all the plants-indoor and outdoor. It felt so warm and inviting. The whole condo looked exactly like the photos. This place was top tier in all aspects. I would recommend to anyone. We enjoyed our stay so much. When we are in this area we would love to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Walkable to the beach and close proximity to local shops and activities. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Nearly everything in the unit is remodeled or new. We really loved the decor. The unit itself is easy to find and in a nice location close to walking distance of the main strip. The beach in front of the unit is also in a great location and was not very crowded. The owner even includes beach chairs for you to use. One of the nice touches of the unit is that there is a ring camera located outside the door. This does allow for some security but could possibly help preventing unit from being misused. I’ve found that units that have more accountability tend to be better quality. Mike is very friendly and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Super close to the beach access. Adorable place with everything you need! Wendy checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything which I thought was super sweet. You can hear the ocean, the view is lovely from the porch. Would stay again for sure. The walls are a little thin so I would just be mindful and respectful of the neighbors below. We didn’t have the same respect when someone stayed above us on the last evening so just be mindful of the neighbors.

My wife and I both enjoyed staying at this condo. Everything on the inside was brand new and extremely clean. We both felt right at home while staying here. It is right on the boardwalk which has many shops and restaurants to choose from. Originally were going to stay three days but loved the condo so much we booked another day. One of our favorite things was Malamā cafe which has some of the best coffee and açaí bowls we’ve both ever had. The Shuckin shack for dinner and Celtic creamery are both delicious and are within 2 minutes of the condo were also a plus. Havanas restaurant was also right across the road, which was my favorite place to eat. I would highly recommend this place and the value is great. We will be staying here many more times in the future!

This is our second time staying here and it is really an awesome place. I travel for business and this place lets us spread out, set up our laptops and still not feel cluttered! It is so close to everything. You can walk to the water, shops and dining. The condo is clean and large enough for us to spread out. Loved the balcony and the privacy being surrounded by trees. It is fun to sit on the balcony and watch the people come and go to the shops below. We had a great time and will be back.

Excellent place to stay! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, well worth the 32 steps up to the 3rd level (2nd floor + parking level on stilts). You can see the waves crashing on the beach unlike the 2nd level. J’nell very responsive to our requests. Make sure to eat at Michael’s with great daily specials during off season! Be sure to check out new Fort Fisher museum. Ferry port to Southport is only 15 minutes away. Highly recommend this condo and would definitely come back.
