Cruzando la calle está el metro y el bus y también encontrará todos los servicios: supermercado, farmacia, Banks, caferetias y restaurantes, panaderias, .... Magnífico apartamento enteramente reformado. Gaudir significa "disfrutar" en catalán y durante tu estancia en este apartamento realmente disfrutarás de Barcelona. Desde su terraza, las vistas panorámicas sobre la ciudad alcanzán desde la costa y Montjuïc hasta la montaña del Tibidado! Ubicado en una zona céntrica y segura, bien comunicado por el transporte público y a solo 10 minutos andando de las exclusivas tiendas de Paseo de Gracia, el apartamento Gaudir te permitirá disfrutar de una estancia inolvidable en Barcelona. El apartamento: Moderno, elegante y muy luminoso, el apartamento Gaudir está ubicado en una finca residencial especialmente indicada para familias y grupos de adultos de más de 30 años. Entrando en el apartamento tendrás una visión completamente despejada del salón comedor y la cocina, caracterizados por una cuidada decoración que transmite en seguida una agradable sensación de hogar. El salón comedor está equipado con un confortable sofá, una TV de pantalla plana y una mesa de comedor para 8 comensales. La cocina dispone de todo lo necesario para que disfrutes de una estancia relajante y sin imprevistos. El balcón- terraza tiene unas excelentes vistas a los tejados de Barcelona. La zona de noche se compone de tres dormitorios: dos de ellos disponen de dos camas individuales juntas (pueden separarse bajo petición previa), armarios y baño en-suite con ducha. Uno de los dormitorios tiene acceso a la terraza con vistas. El tercer dormitorio dispone de dos confortables camas individuales y espacio para guardar las pertenencias. Los huéspedes que se alojen en el tercer dormitorio también tendrán su propio baño con ducha ubicado en el pasillo. Otros servicios: parking privado (bajo petición previa) ... 20€ dia ¡Ven… a disfrutar! Tendrá acceso a todo el apartamento . El apartamento tiene un precio base para 4 personas. Cada persona adicional tienen un suplemento de 30€/dia. Parking privado en el mismo edificio 20€ dia ... consultar disponibilidad. Claudio será vuestro anfitrión en el check-in. El será vuestro "amigo de Barcelona". Podreis consultarle cualquier tema o solicitarle consejos. Zona con múltiples servicios y transporte público. Desde el apartamento puede ir andando a los principales sitios, aunque hay múltiples conexiones con metro, bus y taxi a escasos metros del apartamento .... incluso para ir a la Feria de Congresos Si usted camina 10 / 15 minutos llegará a : Sagrada Familia, Ramblas, Born, Paseo de Gracia, La Pedrera, Arco del Triumfo, Plaza Cataluña, Palacio de la Música, Catedral, varias zonas shoping ..... El apartamento dispone de plaza de párquing para un coche grande con un coste de 20€ dia. En la zona encontraremos otros parkings públicos. Este apartamento está ubicado en una finca de viviendas privadas. La finca tiene servicio de consergería de 8h a 13h y de 17h a 19h de lunes a viernes y sábados de 8h a 13h. Se deben cumplir las normas básicas de respeto, convivencia y ruido para no molestar ni ser molestado, ya sea en el interior del apartamento o en las zonas comunes de la finca. Para su seguridad no sobrecargue los ascensores. Capacidad máxima 4 personas ó 2 personas + 2 maletas. Prohibido invitar personas al apartamento que no hayan sido previamente identificadas en el check-in. El número de ocupantes tiene que coincidir con lo contratado en la reserva de AIRBNB. Cualquier variación puede sufrir un cargo adicional con posterioridad.

Bohemian Dreams at a Plant-filled Design Loft near the Beach

The loft was here before we moved in. It is one of the oldest buildings in Poblenou. The apartment was transformed into a big open space that includes a kitchen, a dining area, a sofa, a TV, an office space, and the bedroom. The place is in the ground floor, so it is accessible by disabled people and family with a child. We enjoy the afternoon sun and the mornings. We have sun shining into the entrance and the terrace. We've kept a lot of the industrial fittings in the space, and a lot of the furniture we've implemented follows this industrial design. One should not forget that it used to be an industrial space until earlier this year, and it's not a conventional apartment. It's one big open space, and the guest room is separated. Guests will have full access to the apartment. The accommodation includes a big open kitchen, dining area, sofa and TV area, bathroom, bedroom, terrace and plenty of space. We are usually available and love to interact with our guests. However, there are moments in which we are not available to our guests because we have our own plans. We also respect the fact that you may have plans, and don't have time to interact with us. However, we would like to enjoy a meal together at least, either a brunch or an evening snack. Our neighborhood is a vibrant, and up and coming area of Barcelona, it's a maximum 5 minutes walk to the beach, and the yellow Metro line crosses just straight outside the apartment. You need to remember the Selva de Mar stop. Around the block, there are some small restaurants and bars, there is a big supermarket called Mercadona for late night snack shopping (until 9:15 pm) or in Diagonal shopping center (until 10:00 pm). Or if you need to buy red wine for dinner. If you walk another two blocks to the South you'll find the Rambla del Poblenou, that is a pedestrian street and has numerous bars and restaurants of different quality. The Rambla Poblenou is straight all the way from Diagonal to the beach. If you like to eat tapas we can recommend you a restaurant that it is called La Tertulia in La Rambla del Poblenou or the another option is Bitacoras Restaurant near to the Rambla. If you like to eat Mexican food, “Los chilis” in La Rambla del Poblenou is a very good choice. But if you´re vegan or vegetarian, there is a vegan restaurant in front of the apartment, inside the Factory/Garden (Palo Alto) which opens Monday to Saturday. The last recommendation is “El Traspaso” which is in the corner and it is good option for the night:) You can end the night with a good cocktail and a Bloody Mary. The metro yellow line runs opposite to the beach, 5 minutes walk distance and the metro station you should look for is Selva de Mar. One thing to remember is that we are having our business registered in the space, we are freelancers, and work from home, but if someone asks, you are simply friends visiting us. Poblenou is a vibrant, up-and-coming area, with small cafes, art studios, and a pedestrian street with many restaurants and bars. The beach is just five minutes' walk away, and the yellow Metro line crosses right outside the apartment.

We hope you respect its quiet atmosphere;) Closest metro station is Verdaguer (L4 y L5) Also Diagonal metro station (L3) is 3 blocks away Aerobus closest stop is Plaza Catalunya and it is 2 metro stops away. Best way to reach the apartment from the airport is to take Aerobus and get down in Plaza Catalunya ake a taxi. Taxi takes less than 25 minutes and cost around 30€ Upon your arrival we will provide a city and subway map. Also included are linens and towels. If you come with your baby we can offer you a travel cot and highchair.
