Decorated with modern and minimalist furniture pieces, this flat is accentuated with flavors of living spaces that are commonly found in Scandinavian countries. And be assured that you will not find a more centrally located flat! Don't miss out on staying at one of only six unique 'El Alma de Las Ramblas' flats, all of which are located in a recently renovated historical 19th century building. We are three friends who decided to embark on this project to refurbished 6 apartments in a same building located right off of arguably Barcelona´s most famous street: Las Ramblas. It was important to us to turn these apartments into cozy and functional living spaces for our guests. We chose the new beds, beddings, sofas, dining tables and chairs, lamps, kitchenware and small appliances with great care and consideration. We believe we were successful in creating an pleasant space in each of the flats- and we hope you will also agree after having spent time there. The entire studio is for the guests to use. We respect the privacy of our guests and yet also would be available to provide any assistance possible that would make our guests´ stay a confortable and an enjoyable one. The apartment is at the epicenter of Barcelona, just off the beginning of iconic Las Ramblas, which is known for its myriad of activities. Join the crowds who have come to stroll, shop, and dine along the city's most dynamic street. Brew some coffee and settle down on a comfy, mid-century chair and let in the light at this modern, neutral apartment in the center of the city. Get a true taste of tapas down on the street below, then relax with a glass of wine on the balcony. This apartment is as central as central can be! Je suis sûr que vous apprécierez votre séjour dans mon appartement car il est très confortable et pratique. Il a beaucoup de lumière dans toutes les pièces et cela, avec la décoration minimaliste, le rend très harmonieux. Et pouvoir se reposer sur la terrasse et prendre le soleil n'a pas de prix.
