Redwood Sanctuary is located in the idyllic Oakland Hills with beautiful vistas, hikes, and parks within a short drive. The home is situated on half an acre of land in the middle of redwood, eucalyptus, and oak trees secluded away from other homes. Montclair village is an 8 minute drive, providing lots of great food and shops. Minutes from Highway 13 and 580. It is a 1 bedroom studio with a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. The cottage has a private bathroom with shower (no tub), a kitchenette with microwave, and the most comfortable queen bed. Close to Oakland Coliseum, BART, SF, Oakland Airport, and ferry to SF. Great access to Bay Farm Trail and just a short walk to restaurants and shopping. ** Please note that the bed is against the wall, so if you are a group of two, one person will be against the wall.

This cozy studio is a comfortable, clean, and private space with a bathroom, kitchenette, and off-street parking. The space has a memory foam king-sized bed, comfortable lounging chair, and eat/work area. Please note that there is a steep step down to access the space. The studio is an affordable and convenient option for folks comfortable staying in a dense, working-class urban neighborhood. We are walking distance to the Fruitvale Bart station, excellent local eats, and grocery stores.

Fully-equipped studio apartment in Alameda victorian home. Spacious, with modern amenities (WiFi, Netflix), free coffee and tea, queen-size bed, and big yard, shared with the main house. Separate entrance through the backyard. Young kids live in the upstairs house part-time (see “other notes”) and can be loud until 9:30pm. We’re a dog-friendly space and love hosting pups (maximum of 2, house trained)! Please note that we’re not able to accommodate cats at this time. Lab lives in property.

Inside the walk-in closet, we've also curated a coffee & tea station with a mini fridge and a cold/hot water dispenser.

Families with up to 2 children are best suited for the loft because of the low ceiling. No more than 2 adults please.
