My daughter and I loved staying here . The location is perfect for a true vacation. We barely needed to drive anywhere , as almost everything we needed was within walking distance . It is the perfect beach bungalow , and we can’t wait to go back !

This was our 2nd stay at the beachfront condo, we were there in september and got to be there this April. Alway's a great expeirence and location I would recomend it to all my friends and Family. Laura and Brendan are great Hosts and very attentive. Thank you Anthony and John.

My friend and I had a very nice stay. Everything was just as described and pictured. It was quiet, comfortable, and walking distance to a great coffee shop, restaurants, and most importantly, the ocean. (Plus, a lovely view of the ocean.) Petko was easy to communicate with too.

Very nice, beautiful place. It is right on the same street as the stores and restaurants so you can walk to most places. However, as renters have said, parking during the day can be difficult, there is traffic noise and a store plays music across the street during the day. At night, just the occasional car. Plenty of space for us and good kitchen. They were able to let us check in a few hours early.

We really loved our stay in Neptune and having the ocean right on our doorstep was definitely a lovely addition to the overall beach bungalow vibe! Overall our stay was wonderful and our only negative (if you could call it that) was that the heater is a bit counter-intuitive to work. Carlos was as helpful as he could be but it took quite a bit of trial and error to figure it out and working consistently. Maybe we're weak sauce, but with the Pacific Ocean right there, it gets cold without the heat on! Otherwise, lovely stay, just like the photos show!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We appreciated that it is independently owned, including the community activism to give back. The location was great, we were able to walk to the beach for dinner; and a short drive to the college and other areas.

Perfect place to stay near the beach. Was too cold for beach activities but enjoyed walking the neighborhoods along the beaches with all the spring flowers blooming. House had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Great hosts!

We had a great stay. Ian’s place is cute, comfortable, and close to everything but still nice and quiet. Beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was spacious and well-stocked. My dogs had a great time walking through the neighborhood to the beach and hanging out in the fenced in backyard! The hot tub was a highlight, and Ryan (Ian’s brother) was awesome—he spent nearly a whole day cleaning it after the previous guests to make sure it was perfect for us. Communication with him was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at Shelli’s home in Monterey Dunes Colony. Every room was set up nicely and clean, and you could tell Shelli has put a lot of care into the home. There were 7 of us and each family member enjoyed their stay. We love staying at Monterey Dunes Colony because the location can’t be beat. Every home has their quirks but honestly we didn’t find any at Shelli’s. It was comfortable to hang out and enjoy the beach and scenery, and close enough to outdoor activities and the aquarium. The living room is set up comfortably for a big group, while offering privacy too. It was a restful and rejuvenating getaway! We plan to book again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Mariam's place! From the moment we booked, Mariam was incredibly kind and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions right away. The house was spotless and super cozy — the perfect size for our family of four and our two pups! It's in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus for us. We felt so at home and would absolutely love to come back. Thank you again, Mariam, for such a lovely experience!

Lori's place was perfect for a large group of people to both enjoy each other's company in the large living/dining/deck areas, while having privacy for sleeping. It's two stories with lots of space inside and outside with a third story outside crow's nest deck as well. The hot tub was a bonus! The beach access was incredible and the best thing about the location. It's just a 2 min. walk away! The neighborhood is tranquil. Lori was easy and great to work with as well! What a special time!

Very peaceful and great place to stay

Amazing stay at the Wave house! It was very clean and comfortable. We loved the location, it was close to everything. Greg was very helpful. This beautiful home was definitely worth it!

The house was so beautiful, and Melissa was very nice. The house has everything you need and more. We had an amazing stay! It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and shops. Melissa always responded quickly when I had questions. I would definitely recommend staying at her lovely home and would definitely want to stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kristina’s condo! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kristina was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this Airbnb – we’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

After a last minute cancellation by another property, we were lucky enough to find Blake and Lisa’s wonderful home. The whole space is beautifully renovated and the view is incredible. We actually changed some of our plans so we could spend more time staying in and watching everything going on at the beach. Getting to see dolphins from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom was a real treat. The walking path along the beach is just steps from the door, as well as several restaurants, a market, and a deli. Parking was right outside the door as well, and the neighborhood was quiet. We can’t wait to go back and spend more time there. Thank you, Lisa, for being so accommodating and helpful with our last minute booking. We really appreciate everything!

The view from this property was extraordinary with amazing sunsets from the deck each night. The location was perfect to visit Santa Cruz one day and Pinnacles National Park the next. The host was very responsive. We’ll definitely save this to our wishlist.

We really enjoyed our stay, the home was beautiful and very clean. Easy check-in/access with responsiveness from the host. Views were beautiful with great restaurants within a short distance. Our only disappointment was the second bedroom not having the bunk bed setup that was indicated/pictured at our time of booking last year. We made due but would have preferred it as shown when we booked. Would stay again and recommend to others!

Such a wonderful home, felt like we were in our own home. Super spacious, clean, and quiet. The house had everything we needed, and has a clear view of the ocean from the queen size bedroom. Roberta gave very clear instructions on how to find and enter the home. It was a quick walk to the beach! We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again :)

We spent the entire week saying, "This is SOOOOO nice!" to each other over and over. The condo is perfection -- you can tell that the building and all the details were well-built and thoughtfully considered. The murals throughout the condo are really special. And the beds and bedding were SO comfortable! The heated floors in the bathroom were amazing on chilly mornings. We loved having the garage (made storing surf boards so much easier!), the elevator (no lugging suitcases up stairs), and washing machine, and the kitchen was well-equipped enough that we cooked half of our meals there. Not to mention the beach being right outside the door - the condo is in a perfect spot to walk outside and surf, lounge, or beach comb. We walked down the beach to the butterfly park every day. We go to Pismo a few times a year and will definitely book Jatinder's lovely home again!
