I was in search of a peaceful relaxing experience and this was it. The solarium dining area is such a good zone for breakfast, journaling, friend chats. Love the cool decor, coffee-tea service and the gift of farm fresh eggs. The hot tub was elevated in the forest in an amazing way, we loved the views. We spent a lot of time soaking, and would say this was definitely a highlight of our stay. If you are not sure-footed, this may not be the place for you to descend to the hot tub. Fortunately it was not a problem for us. We did not need extra temp control for the first week of May. Pleasant and comfortable. Garden areas are lovely and well landscaped. A very friendly neighborhood. Overall, a great experience.

Chad’s place was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Easy to walk to places in town. The cabin is very thoughtfully appointed and the outdoor space is well designed. If you have downstairs too the staircase in the house is a little steep, but there is an outside one that is easier. The hot tub was perfect for evening stargazing!

Ryan & James place is a real gem. We had such a special, peaceful stay and enjoyed all the amenities, views and nearby hiking and beaches. You can hear the sound of the ocean waves from the beautiful deck. It was everything we wanted for our little romantic getaway. Thank you for sharing with us!

Awesome clean and cozy space. Jacuzzi in the woods and the wood burning stove really made it very special.

Even better than advertised! We loved this little place in the woods — it was so cozy and comfortable and close to town, the national seashore, and all of the incredible places around the area. We loved soaking in the hot tub after a long day of sightseeing, grabbing wine from the market right down the street, and relaxing in the wonderful space looking out at all the greenery. We’d absolutely return!

Danielle’s place was a proper retreat in nature. Sooo well thought out. The hot tub with the views was the highlight. Loved the lighting in the bath too. We cooked there too. We had everything we needed to cook. Just the best time!!🦋 we would def return!! ✨❤️

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by trees, this is the place. The house is beautifully maintained and extremely cozy. The kitchen is well stocked and the bedrooms are super comfortable. The hot tub under the trees was just the icing on the cake. Tom was super informative and very friendly- just a great experience from beginning to end! Will definitely stay here again!

The cabin is very quiet with great views. The wood stove is more than sufficient to keep the place warm just be sure to bring some kindling and some paper. There was also a nice list of suggested spots and a record player. Overal a lovely stay.

great stay in cozy cabin.. surrounded by trees, super quiet, and equipped with everything you could want. we went to harbin hot springs and hiking. tucked away in forest but coffee shop, restaurant, and grocery store are walkable. host is super responsive! RECOMMEND

This is an amazing place to stay! First of all, 1/3 acre in Monte Rio, fully FENCED, and next to a CREEK, is rare. Our senior dog LOVED it! Lorri thought of everything. From the dog towel, to the instructions on how to start and operate the fire pit and grill. It was all so inviting. The house-book is a must-read. We were greeted with chocolate chip and walnut cookies which were wonderful to snack on after a nearly 4 hour drive. Sweet Creek is EXTREMELY pet friendly but you still have to be a responsible pet owner and pick up after your pets and the basic things like dry their feet off and drape any furniture with sheets if they lay down on them. The picture board of animals who've stayed there, and the wonderful binder full of thank you notes was just so touching. We felt like we were staying at a friends house, not airbnb. We can't say enough with the character count left. Sweet Creek is a must! We will RETURN!

We loved staying at Noah and Joe's place! The place was beautiful and surrounded by nature. The cabin was very clean and it included all the services listed in the description. It is pet friendly and we were able to bring our cats with us. They loved it as well, chasing birds and playing in the trees. The place also has public pools that are very clean with clear water. Joe was very friendly and always willing to help. I highly recommend this place if you want to spend some time relaxing and in contact with nature.

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria's cabin. We loved everything about it. Sonoma Raceway was an easy 10-minute drive away, and the view was beautiful. I wish we had more time to spend at this unique cabin, we would definitely stay here again.

The Linger Longer is very well named. I almost don't want to write a great review because i want it available to us always. Brian was perfectly responsive and the place is much more gorgeous that the photos convey. It's just enough off 128 to be perfectly private and quiet but close enough to be very easy to get anywhere. The cabin is stunning, perfectly appointed and spotless. The property is gorgeous, a combination of well tended gardens and gorgeous wildness of the california hills. You will not disappointed.

Thoughtfully minimalist, spacious and airy. Skylights are gorgeous. Hot tub is a fabulous addition. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Street is very quiet. Only minutes from Occidental. Highly recommended.

The cabin was so lovely and cozy! The wood stove/fireplace was truly amazing, the cabin was so warm and toasty throughout the night. Laurie, Greg and Skip are all so great and accommodating. The bathrooms were always so clean, with hot water showers. The location is amazing, everything is close by: gorgeous hikes at Hendy Woods State Park, and near some amazing wineries for wine tasting. We absolutely loved our time here!

Jill & Liam are the best hosts you can possibly ask for - we had a last minute, late night check-in and Jill very kindly readied everything for us. The cabin is adorable, romantic, and private. You'll be extremely well equipped with anything you could possibly need - very comfortable bed, kitchenette with essentials clean, modern bathroom, and adjustable heating and cooling. The outdoor deck, fire pit, and string lights were such a joy to experience in the evening, while the picnic table is perfectly placed to take in the incredible view during the day and at sunset. Extremely easy to access from Healdsburg and local vineyards. Can't recommend this cabin and Jill & Liam enough. Would give them ten stars if we could!

A wonderful stay at Pam and Libby’s cabin! Easy check in/out instructions. Rustic home with modern and luxury furnishings and toilettries. Very tidy and clean. Fully stocked kitchen, noting that it is a second home and the pantry may feel lived in. The beds and all the bedding and blankets were so comfortable, making for a cozy and sleepy rained in weekend. Many places to sit and gather outside, I imagine it is perfect in warmer weather. The decor is well curated and tasteful, they designed it wonderfully. As noted in their post, there are a few flights of stairs to traverse, so make sure you and your mates are comfortable with this. The drive in is not so bad! Just drive slowly :)

I was extremely pleased with my stay at Noelle's. Everything was in perfect condition and as described. They went above-and-beyond expectations with thoughtful and helpful touches, such as providing a pitcher of filtered water, a small fan by the bed, and a flashlight. Also, they very kindly turned on the heat to ensure that it was warm for me upon arrival. I will definitely look to stay with them again if I am in need of accommodations in the area again in the future.

Arriving late at night after a last minute booking was a challenge on dirt roads with a 2 wheel drive but the instructions were clear and worth the experience of staying in an enchantingly serene cabin/hut. This little hut located on McNab ranch, the backroads of Ukiah county, was perfectly constructed to meet ones needs: outside kitchen counter, sink, and shower, little bed and cot, a writing desk and shelves for towels and lanterns. It’s the kind of place one would use to get away to, to finish a book or do deep meditation at. The hut doesn’t have a bathroom, so be aware that you have to dispose of the bucket in the compost bin, but to anyone who’s ever roughed it or owned a dog, this isn’t even a setback. In the morning, I was awoken by a squirrel hiding its nuts on the roof, seller’s jays and quail. Shar and Lea are both kindred souls, two fairies that maintain the harmony on their sacred land.. Lovely weekend at a beautiful cabin with everything you need. 3 min walk to a breathtaking ocean view. 15 minute walk into town. An amazing, restful weekend in a very special place.

Really nice place, good location, house was very nice, had pretty much what I needed, it was clean and had a great outdoor area to just relax and enjoy the surroundings. Host was awesome too...great communication and ready to help if I needed it.
