Ideale per una coppia o per una famiglia fino a 4 persone, Casa Wenner 1 unisce ciò che a Napoli è raro trovare insieme: posizione centrale, silenzio, verde e vista sul Golfo A pochi minuti a piedi trovi Piazza del Plebiscito, lungomare, Via Chiaia, Via Toledo, Teatro San Carlo e porto. Metro, funicolare e ascensore di Chiaia rendono semplici gli spostamenti verso centro storico, Vomero, isole, siti archeologici.

La casa ha un ampio ingresso, con pianoforte antico, camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale sormontato da uno scenografico museale baldacchino antico, più un letto singolo, anch’esso antico (all’occorrenza si può aggiungere un quarto posto letto), soffitto antico con travi di legno, pavimenti antichi. Vi è una cucina abitabile con 5 fornelli a gas, forno, frigocongelatore, bollitore elettrico e lavatrice. Eventuale possibilità di secondo bagno con doccia, in caso di 3 o 4 persone adulte.
