This comfortable warm spacious detached bungalow is in a great area within 5 mins of the dramatic Arbroath Cliffs, the harbour and the centre. The rail and bus station is an additional 5 mins. If you want a trip to Edinburgh it's about a 45 minute drive or you can drive to the local station - about 8 minutes away and take the train which is 25 minutes. Parking at the station is free.
