Our 800sq ft beachfront casitas are ideal for a couple, a family of three, or just a couple of friends traveling together. The casitas provide total privacy within the openness of the studio layout. The front of the casitas open up onto the patio through a huge 12-foot wide pair of French doors that bring the ocean view and breeze right into your casita. You CAN have it all in Sayulita! Located in the desirable north end of Sayulita, Casa Manantial at Maraica is directly across the street from the beach and a short, FLAT stroll to town. Enjoy 2 en-suite bedrooms, 2 full baths, living, dining & kitchen areas. Sliding doors from the living area lead to the outdoor patio and to the private rooftop deck, each with views of palms & ocean. Rooftop living space includes a seating area, dining area, half bath, wet bar, counter seating, &chaises.

Casa a dos cuadras de la playa, en zona restaurantera. Todos los servicios, tiendas cercanas, a unas cuadras del Centro de Guayabitos. A 30 minutos en auto de playas como San Pancho, Lo de Marcos, Sayulita y a 40 minutos de Puerto Vallarta. Cuenta con tres recámaras con A/C, un baño completo, un medio baño. Alberca con regadera. Cocina, cochera para 2 autos, enfriador de agua, refrigerador, horno de microondas, plancha para ropa. No se permiten fiestas ni visitas en n la casa.

Casa Arena is one of the bungalows on La Casa de la Estrella. It has one room, with one king size bed and a single sofa-bed. It also has its own bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen and dining area are located on a terrace and its equipped with all basics. We don´t have A/C however, there is a ceiling fan and a standing fan. You also have access to the common areas like the hamacas and livings on the main palapa terrace with views of the ocean and access to the beach.

Our quaint yet lively town is full of charm, sunshine, and ocean breezes. Perfect for vacations or extended stays, our cozy condo accommodates up to 4 adults and 1 additional child (ages 3–14). Kids 2 and under don’t count towards number of guests. Minimum stay is 5 nights—contact us for shorter stays!
