A beautifully furnished apartment, immaculately clean and in a lovely location. Great to sit on the Balcony in the evening sun. Glynn was an excellent host making us very welcome & assisting us with the bike storage. We enjoyed cycling and walking in the very picturesque local areas. The steam train is a short walk away and is a great ride linked with the boat trip to Bowness. The Motor Museum is well worth a visit and food in the cafe is excellent, nice to sit in the peaceful surroundings at the side of the river. This is by far the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in and I would certainly recommend!!

Diane was lovely, so helpful from showing us around to the very detailed instructions on all the facilities. Always on hand if needed and nothing was too much trouble. The cottage is comfy and has everything you need. Loved the finishing touches and welcome pack which included dog treats. The beach, coastal trails and country park are a short walk away making it a perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Can’t wait to return

Super in communicating, place is spotless, fun authentic and cosy interior/architecture. Not Ikea thankfully. Also comfortable tv, kitchen and couch. Matress itself looks new and is good, but bed in secondary room is in my opinion a bit short for an adult male over 6ft, if you are a back sleeper. Would advice this apartment for parents with children or shorter adults. Curtains are ok, but let in some light in the morning. would choose totally blacked out curtains, but as you might have guessed I am a bit of a hard sleeper. That’s why still rate 5 stars.

Superb location right in the heart of Keswick but with views that'll make you believe you're in the mountains! Dale was an amazing host: detailed instructions, loads of recommendations, and super helpful. The apartment is immaculate with everything you need and more for a great stay.

This is a great place to stay, with everything you need. I love that it's tech free too! Easy check in/out and takeaways/restaurants nearby if you don't fancy cooking. The in house supplies/treats provide a lovely selection with an honesty box payment. 😍

Good location next to the train station. Noise from the train station and pub was not intrusive and the food from the pub was lovely. Beds were comfy and shower was great. Everything was clean and everything we needed was there..the apartment is spacious and cosy warm. Quick dog walk just across the park opposite the pub and lots of longer walks within the area.

wonderful. easy to get too. was a last minute due to the one we originally had booked cancelled on us due to being booked up. had everything we could possibly need if we needed it. ideal location, the agricultural inn is a minutes walk away and has great food and is dog friendly.

We loved staying at the apartment . It is beautiful. Modern decor and spotlessly clean . Correspondence was excellent . I will definitely book again on my next visit .

An Easter Break at The Beehive ,Grasmere. From clear communication & instruction, The Beehive was a perfect place to spend the Easter Break in the Lake District. Accurate description, spotlessly clean. Complimentary bottle of wine and a lovely fruit cake on arrival . The decor was lovely throughout & the apartment had everything we needed during our stay. The views from the communal garden space were lovely & an easy walk into Grasmere took us to some lovely eateries . Really enjoyed the Distillery & The Swan Hotel . Rather than use the car we hopped on & off the regular 555 & 599 buses to Ambleside, Keswick . They were so easy & cheap too. With a flexible check in & out and great communication we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will surely return . Thanks

What a fabulous host Scott is - lovely apartment in the centre of Cartmel. The quality of the linen, bed and furniture was like being in a 5 star hotel. Lovely touches with chocolate Easter eggs and fresh tulips in the lounge made it an excellent stay.

Had a great stay at Simons place with my fella, just after the bank holiday weekend. couldn't believe how lovely and big the flat was and how close to everything! we didn't use the car once! We did use the hot tub and we're surprised how big that was as the photo didn't really show it, it felt very private considering how close to the town we were. over all, a very successful little holiday

Superb location and the perfect base for exploring the area. I only wish I had more time to enjoy Cate’s place and its beautiful surroundings—it all looked absolutely stunning. I had a quiet coffee outside one morning before heading home, and it was incredibly peaceful. Inside, everything was just as expected and fully equipped. Cate also left me some of the best brownies and cookies I’ve ever eaten—such a thoughtful touch!

Amy's place was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The annexe was cosy and comfortable with all the thoughtful amenities you'd want. The annexe was absolutely spotlessly clean as well. The location was perfect for exploring the dales, with all of the top sites well within an hour's drive. The parking was a bonus in the village, and the village had lots of nice shops and pubs, with some nice local walks to take in the countryside. We would definitely come back! Thank you

Absolutely beautiful apartment overlooking the canal, very nice and comfortable! Comes with everything you need including a dishwasher and washer/dryer! Nice to have the jacuzzi and pool for personal use too which was a great addition! Curtis was very friendly and helpful and responsive. I’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone for a nice weekend away or a business stay. I will definately be back in the future.

We loved our stay. The apartment was not like the photos on the listing but it was nice nonetheless. Quiet, easy access to Lancaster, helpful staff, top facilities - we highly recommend the spa. Would like to stay again.

This is a charming old place with the character and essentials as if someone still lives there. Very, very clean and tidy. It is set in a beautiful outerskirts area of Bowness with only a short walk to the busy centre. This will suit someone who wants a very peaceful and quiet getaway in a stunning location yet close to the township as an option.

Great stay at Raluca's place. Her communication was great from the outset, responding promptly to questions and providing lots of local recommendations. The place was perfect for our stay and the kids had a great time. The swimming pool and play areas were excellent and the toys in the apartment were a real bonus. Would happily stay here again for a family break.

Thurnham hall is a great place to stay!

Colin contacted us prior to our stay to give us accurate details of where to go, and what to do. He gave us his contact number incase there was any issues, and told us to contact him anytime. His apartment was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the photos do not do it justice.. and the views from the balcony were 100%. The location was perfect for what we was looking for. We would highly recommend ,and definitely stay there again.😊

Fantastic apartment for a weekend stay. Extremely comfy bed and well stocked kitchenette. Rebecca was great with her communication and check in was quick and easy. The hotel facilities included in our stay were great, with a pool (free pool towels available), sauna, bar/restaurant and kids games room. Lovely grounds, quiet and peaceful. Easy access to Keswick. Would definitely recommend to anyone wishing for a quiet, peaceful stay clowe to other towns and attractions.
