An absolute gem of a place. Location is perfect. 20min to broadway 30min to barefoot. Steps from the beach. Pools, hot tubs, gyms etc. Wal-Mart directly across the street from the entrance of the resort. The unit itself was absolutely beautiful and same goes for the view. Unit was super clean and even provided beach chairs, beach toys and a boogie board for the kids. My wife and daughters had an amazing time. The two bedroom two bath set up definitely helps having kids with you. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. We’ll definitely be back.

Great beach house in a fantastic location! Debbie made all the arrangements for a very easy check-in, and the house had everything we needed for our stay (with use of the golf cart a huge plus!). The location was perfect, right in the middle of the community near the pools and other amenities, with that fantastic view over the lake from the back porch where we spent plenty of time relaxing. The whole family (kids, parent, grandparents) enjoyed the space and we hope to be back.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this very nice very comfortable incredibly clean house. Albert and Christina were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The house has every convenience you can think of and very well stocked. We had our 2 small dogs with us and they felt welcome as well with pet beds and food and water bowls available for them to use. I would definitely stay in this home again without hesitation.

This was the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in to date. Weill definitely be renting this place again.

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay! The host, DeAnn was second to none, and one of the best hosts we have ever had. We were scheduled to arrive during Hurricane Debby, and DeAnn was incredibly helpful and accommodating - she was even providing me with daily local forecasts from trusted sources, so we had the most accurate information. We ended up adjusting our arrival with no problem and proceeded to have a wonderful time. There is a full stocked kitchen (with everything from the normal items one would expect, to an air fryer and spices 😁), and a spacious living layout. We were steps from the beach, pools (including one with a lazy river) and much to our delight, even tennis courts! We used them all! There were also playgrounds for younger kids, and a basketball court. We did see an indoor/outdoor pool too, but didn't use that. Entry was simple, both to the resort and apartment - having a code was so much easier than carrying a key. We will definitely return!

We had a fabulous time at Joe & Tiffany’s place! Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a central location to all Pawley’s has to offer. Close to restaurants, golf courses and shops. Thank y’all for a great stay!

This place is a gem! It was so clean and lovely and it has a great view of the Ocean. I enjoyed watching the sunrise from the apartment and got some great pictures. Bianca answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again!
