Το σπιτάκι στο καλντερίμι ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που περιμέναμε. Ένας χώρος φτιαγμένος για ξεκούραση και χαλάρωση και με υπέροχη θέα!!! Όμορφα διακοσμημένο, λειτουργικό καθαρό και σου έδινε την αίσθηση ότι είσαι σπίτι σου. Αυτό είναι μεγάλη επιτυχία. Μπράβο!!! Και ο κος. Παναγιώτης, σούπερ φιλικός με άμεση επικοινωνία σε ότι χρειάστηκε. Το συστήνω σε όποιον έχει ανάγκη από λίγο time out : )

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern 2 wunderschöne Wochen bei Sophia in Marmari verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist absolut traumhaft gelegen mit direktem Blick aufs Meer und man hört das Wellenrauschen zum Einschlafen und Aufwachen. Zu Fuß sind es keine 2 Gehminuten bis zum Strand, wunderbar, gerade mit kleinen Kindern oder wenn man Erholung sucht. Sophia hat uns jeden Morgen ein köstliches Frühstück mit Produkten aus der Region oder eigenem Anbau zubereitet. Jeden Morgen hat sie uns mit zahlreichen, wechselnden Köstlichkeiten überrascht und es gab frisch gepressten Orangensaft, was besonders unseren Kindern sehr gefiel. Unsere Gastgeberin ist eine so herzliche, liebevolle, kinderliebe Frau, die uns wirklich jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ablas und zahlreiche, wunderbare Tipps für die Region hatte. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön mit antiken Möbeln eingerichtet und man merkt, dass der Ort eine Seele und Geschichte hat. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder.

We spent a few wonderful days in Apostolis’s house. The place is very beautiful and calm, the sea is in 5 min walking distance. The house is super comfortable, cozy, clean and equipped with everything needed. Garden with olive and orange trees, big terrace, easy parking, supermarkets in less than 5 min driving, beaches and restaurants in 10-15 min by car. Great place to explore Pelio! Apostolis is very kind, friendly and hospitable. I highly recommend this place!

Οτι και να πούμε είναι λίγο!! Πήγαμε στην Villa Emma,και η Κ.Εμμα μας επέτρεψε να κάνουμε τον αρραβώνα μας εκεί καθώς και κάναμε έναν μοντέρνο αρραβώνα /Παρτυ . Ή Κ. εμμα μας υποδέχτηκε μέσα από την καρδιά της,γλυκύτατος άνθρωπος μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν να ήμασταν στο σπίτι μας . Για οποιαδήποτε απορία είχαμε ή χρειαζόμασταν κάποια βοήθεια ήταν εκεί .Απλα υπέροχη!! Το σπίτι χάνει πολύ από τις φωτογραφίες με το πως είναι στην πραγματικότητα , είναι απλά ένα ονειρο!! Είναι φανταστικό σε σημείο αρκετά ήσυχο !! Το σπίτι είχε πραγματικά τα πάντα ήταν φουλ εξοπλισμένο τερααστιο & πεντακάθαρο! Όλος ο κόσμος την ημέρα του αρραβώνα εντυπωσιάστηκε από το πόσο όμορφος ήταν ο χώρος , καθώς και οι οικογενειακοί φίλοι που φιλοξενήσαμε . Ψήσαμε στο barbecue που έχει καθώς είχε όλον τον εξοπλισμό δεν χρειάστηκε να πάρουμε τίποτα εμείς από το σπίτι μας και το ευχαριστηθήκαμε.Δεν φτάνουν αυτά που θέλω να πω μα το μόνο σίγουρο πως θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε καθώς μείναμε άναυδοι και υπερευχαριστημενοι

Η εμπειρία μας ήταν εξαιρετική. Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός, προσεγμένος και πλήρως εξοπλισμένος, δημιουργώντας μια άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή. Η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη και ασφαλής, με καταστήματα και εστιατόρια σε κοντινή απόσταση. Η τοποθεσία ήταν εύκολα προσβάσιμη, τόσο με αυτοκίνητο όσο και με μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς. Επιπλέον, το πάρκινγκ ήταν άνετο και εύκολο, κάτι που μας διευκόλυνε ιδιαίτερα. Ένα μεγάλο θετικό στοιχείο ήταν η εξαιρετική επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη. Ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμος, απαντούσε γρήγορα και ήταν πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει με ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν, κάνοντας τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Συνολικά, πρόκειται για μια εξαιρετική επιλογή, ιδανική για όποιον αναζητά έναν καθαρό, άνετο χώρο σε καλή τοποθεσία, με έναν φιλόξενο και εξυπηρετικό οικοδεσπότη. Θα το προτιμούσαμε ξανά!

Paris was a wonderful host. The view from her home of Delphi and the sea was the most beautiful view we have had in all our travels, which we enjoyed from the spacious terrace. Paris had eggs, butter, jam and bread available for us which we greatly appreciated due to our early departure. The space was spacious and comfortable for the four of us. If we ever visit this area again, we will stay here! 15 out of ten stars! Part of what makes the view so exquisite is that it is very high up. Be prepared to climb the 70 stairs. Completely worth it! Thank you, Paris!

The location of this place is simply perfect. The space is very clean and Leonidas a truly super host that has helped me beyond the expected. I fully recommend this place.

Departamento moderno y bonito, muy bien ubicado, cerca de puntos turísticos y cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y vida nocturna

El departamento es precioso, todo es moderno y funcional y con detalles de diseño. La ubicación es fantástica, a dos cuadras del metro y a distancia caminable de los principales puntos de interés de Atenas La cama y el sofá son cómodos. Nikolaos nos dejó muchas cosas de comer a nuestra disposición (hasta helados). Hay un cafecito abajo por lo que fue necesario dormir con las ventanas y la puerta del dormitorio cerradas porque se escuchaba gente conversando. Hay que cuidar el agua caliente porque es limitada y es necesario esperar unos 20 minutos para que se duche otra persona.

We loved Dimitra's place and would highly recommend it - this is our second time staying here. The apartment is a good size for two and has all the cooking amenities you might need for a short stay. The place is spotlessly clean. Hosts are friendly and were extremely accommodating regarding our arrival time. It is a short walk to a metro station on the airport line so getting around the city is easy from here.

Dimitris is a very friendly and approachable host - he met us to check in and explained everything about the property We used Google translate seamlessly to communicate and Dimitris was very happy to be contacted over the phone if required There is a beautiful view of the acropolis from the apartment (it is on a small hill) All amenities are there as listed Friendly neighbourhood

Very cozy spot for our family of 4. The location is great, with easy access to everything, in a quiet part of town. The breakfast provided in the morning was a real treat.

George is a very helpful host that makes sure you got everything needed and offers helpful tips for the area. I will definitely use this accommodation for my next trip to Athens. George got my biggest recommendation as a host.

Ευχάριστο περιβάλλον σε μια πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία. Το δωμάτιο υψηλής αισθητικής και πεντακάθαρο, με πολύ ωραία θέα. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο, φιλικό και απόλυτα εξυπηρετικό.

Very clean and nice Hotel, nice and helpful staff. It was quite cold outside and they made much effort to set the air conditioning for heating. They were friendly and gave us advice where to eat etc. the view from the room was amazing.

nous avons apprécié cet hôtel. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur la mer. L'accueil est sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Le prix est très correct.

Alles war super! Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön. Alles voller Zitronenbäume und anderer schöner Pflanzen. Man findet viele schattige Plätze, das Frühstück draußen bei netter Musik bereitet einen guten Start in den Tag. Es gibt täglich frischen selbstgebackenen Kuchen und verschiedene Marmeladen aus Früchten des eigenen Gartens. Abends ist es hier schön beleuchtet und das Haus an sich ist einfach ein Blickfang. Wie wir erfahren haben, ist es mit dem Restaurant (Paradisos) das älteste Haus dort. Es hat im Vergleich zu vielen anderen langweiligen kahlen Bauten einfach Charakter! Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ist sauber, schlicht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett war zwar etwas quietschig, aber dennoch vollkommen gemütlich. Die Familie, die die Unterkunft betreibt, ist sehr freundlich, nie aufdringlich und immer hilfsbereit. Der dazugebuchte Segeltrip war großartig und ist jeden Cent wert! Die Sonnenuntergänge am 1min entfernten Strand sind dermaßen schön...Wahnsinn.
