One of the world's most visited cities, London has something for everyone: from history and culture to fine food and good times. Exciting, vibrant and multi-colored - thats London. The trend capital is always in motion, guaranteeing up to date for some it is THE shopping paradise, while others can be inspired by art and music, and others dance the night away in the night clubs in the East End. London is not the time stops, creating thousands of new trends and still be great cultural tradition and written. Formerly known as Red Light District, Soho is now the NEW WEST END , posh and full of trendy cafes, bars and restaurants, a popular meeting place for London's smart set, but also for tourists and people who just want to spend a cheerful evening with her friends at a lively place . Soho in the evening is a pedestrian paradise. People from the surrounding offices and tourist conquer the streets and alleys on foot, ignoring the few cars that try to carve a way through the streets. Art & Culture A tireless innovator of art and culture, London is a city of ideas and the imagination. Londoners have always been fiercely independent thinkers (and critics), but until not so long ago people were inherently suspicious of anything they considered avant-garde. That’s all in the past now, and the city’s creative milieu is streaked with left-field attitude, from theatrical innovation to contemporary art, pioneering music, writing and design. Food in all its permutations has become almost an obsession in certain circles. Time Travel London is immersed in history, with more than its share of mind-blowing antiquity and historic splendour. London’s buildings are eye-catching milestones in the city’s unique and compelling biography, and a great many of them – the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben – are familiar landmarks. There’s more than enough innovation (the Shard, the London Eye, the planned Garden Bridge) to put a crackle in the air, but it never drowns out London’s well-preserved, centuries-old narrative. Architectural grandeur rises up all around you in the West End, ancient remains dot the City and charming pubs punctuate the banks of the Thames. Take your pick. A Tale of Two Cities London is as much about wide-open spaces and leafy escapes as it is high-density, sight-packed exploration. Central London is where you will find the major museums, galleries and most iconic sights, but visit Hampstead Heath or the new Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park to escape the crowds and view the city’s greener hues up close. Or venture even further out to Kew Gardens, Richmond or Hampton Court Palace for excellent panoramas of riverside London. Diversity This city is very multicultural, with a third of all Londoners foreign born, representing 270 different nationalities. What unites them and visitors alike is the English language, for this is both our tongue’s birthplace and its epicentre. These cultures season the culinary aromas on London’s streets, the often exotic clothing people wear and the music they listen to. London’s diverse cultural dynamism makes it among the world’s most international cities. And diversity reaches intrinsically British institutions too; the British and Victoria & Albert Museums have collections as varied as they are magnificent, while flavours at centuries-old Borough Market now run the full gourmet and cosmopolitan spectrum. Why I love London Like most people, I revel in all Londons familiar landmarks – Big Ben, Tower Bridge, the murky Thames, the London Eye. I still thank the former government that made some of the greatest museums and art galleries in the world free to one and all. The choice of restaurants, bars and clubs is legion, and what’s not to love about a city with more lush parkland than any other world capital? But the one thing that sets my adopted city apart from any other is its amazing tolerance. 'As long as you don’t scare the horses, mate, you’ll be all right here,’ I was told when I arrived here more than 10 years ago. Guess what… It still hasn’t happened.

A fantastic place to stay in a fantastic location, highly recommended. New, Clean and Fabulous Double Bedroom with Private Bathroom. Located in Central Soho, the beating heart of London's leisure district. The room is on the 2nd floor of the building, there is no lift.
This is a small and compact double room with it's own entrance with lock and key, very private, it is warm and comfortable and has views over the Soho skyline. Due to the amazing central location, the area is very busy and therefore street noise is inevitable. Please consider this before you book. We provide earplugs in case anyone is a light sleeper. If you are very sensitive to noise then it may be best to stay outside of the city centre, although that doesn’t sound like much fun to us :) It Was Completely Renovated In 2016 *New Wooden Flooring *New Fitted Wardrobe – with plenty of storage space with lots of hangers *New Fitted Writing And Dressing Table *New Double Bed With Matching Bedside Tables *New Artwork And Framed Underground Map The Apartment Facilities Include *Wi-Fi *32-inch Smart HD TV With Built In DVD And CD Player *Bedside Lamps, Table Lamp and Halogen Spotlights *Full Length Mirror and Vanity Mirror *Fan During The Summer Months – Not that it ever really gets that hot in London. Private Bathroom Includes *Small shower/wet room with toilet and sink - the bathroom has just been fully tiled, it is small and compact. NOTE - this apartment is usually booked for 3 months or more by people who work in the many production companies in and around Soho. We have no big productions for the next 6 weeks which is why we are able to offer short lets on Airbnb
What we love about being located in Soho is the fact that you are sandwiched between 6 fantastic 'must see' areas of central London - Soho, Westminster, The West End, Covent Garden, Mayfair, and St James's The majority of London’s most popular tourist attractions and all the major theatres are within an easy 10-minute walk – Our place is super central and you shouldn't need to take a tube or bus once you have checked in. Don't just take our word for it, here is what Airbnb has to say about the surrounding area. SOHO Like Britain’s famous agent, James Bond, this neighbourhood leads a double life: Soho’s streets are home to clean-cut record shops and fashionable galleries. Crowds flock to this edgy epicentre to experience its sultry past and trendy present. Soho’s red-light roots and beatnik bastions have steadily transformed into hip public houses, all-night coffee shops, and vintage boutiques that welcome the 24-hour clamour of this cobblestoned neighbourhood. https://www.airbnb.com/locations/london/soho WESTMINSTER Boasting more than a few London landmarks, Westminster is a distinct political and cultural epicentre. Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace (God Save the Queen), and the United Kingdom’s House of Parliament all share the cobblestoned lanes under Big Ben’s timely shadow. Perched along the north bank of the River Thames, Westminster hosts a constant influx of briefcase-carrying policymakers and camera-wielding pedestrians along its endlessly busy-by-day corridors https://www.airbnb.com/locations/london/westminster WEST END From its commercial plazas (think Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square, and Piccadilly Circus) to its side streets and back alleys, the West End whirs with unyielding energy. Theatres, shops, pubs, clubs, landmarks, and lounges—no matter how many times you visit, you’ll never see the same neighbourhood twice. Constantly evolving, crowds gather in London’s West End by morning, afternoon, and night to absorb a bit of the vibrant lifestyle in a neighbourhood that never looks back https://www.airbnb.com/locations/london/the-west-end COVENT GARDEN Covent Garden’s central square remains this neighbourhood’s primary attraction, but its fetching streetscape doesn’t end with its bustling marketplace. Street performers and food stalls share Covent Gardens’ iconic plaza and winding side streets with cheese shops, casual taverns, art museums, and opera houses that cater to those looking for less trafficked locales. You’ll watch, you’ll applaud, and you’ll pay your pocket change to the countless entertainers and diversions in this unyieldingly charming neighbourhood https://www.airbnb.com/locations/london/covent-garden MAYFAIR As a neighbourhood steeped in sophistication, Mayfair doesn’t have beer pubs and dance clubs—it has wine bars and scotch lounges. Its restaurants are decadent, its buildings impressive, and its streets clean, making Mayfair a sought-after destination for evening strolls. Bounded by iconic Hyde Park to the west and ultra-trendy West End to the east, Mayfair’s noble neighbours increase the appeal of its already enchanting endowments. https://www.airbnb.com/locations/london/mayfair ST JAMES'S As a members-only kind of neighbourhood, St. James’s esteemed reputation is upheld by its penchant for finely tailored suits and thick cigar smoke. This neighbourhood’s central London location, high-end antique markets, and boundary-pushing galleries solidify its untouchably exclusive mystique. Combine its posh clothiers and grand terraces with its proximity to the oldest Royal Park of London, and the reasoning behind St. James’s prestige, and its exceptional price tags, becomes crystal clear https://www.airbnb.com/locations/london/st-james-s

Having holidays in Central London for money far below the Hotel prices is now possible. I have a nice studio flat to offer located right in the centre of the centre of this great city. Have your own space to relax and rest after a hard day of sightseeing and be back in the middle of the action the next day. The bedroom is a good size for 2 guests but a bit tight if you are 3. It has a double bed, a sofa-bed, hair dryer, iron + board, shampoo, cups, and universal adapters. You also have your own shower/WC, and a basic kitchen equipped with kettle, microwave and mini fridge only.
Staying here will affect you in terms of having no public transport cost at all. You are located right in the middle of the most vibrant and liveliest area in London, the West End. Almost everything is within minutes walking distance. Mayfair and Soho for clubbing and going out, Covent Garden, Regent Street and Oxford Street for shopping, linked to the usual sights: Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and the London Eye. For museum lovers: The British Museum, The National Gallery, Somerset house are all just nearby. There are also countless restaurants, musicals, and theatres surrounding us!

What we love about being located opposite Piccadilly Circus is the fact that you are sandwiched between 6 fantastic 'must see' areas of central London - Soho, Westminster, The West End, Covent Garden, Mayfair, and St James's The majority of London’s most popular tourist attractions and all the major theatres are within an easy 10-minute walk – Our place is super central and you shouldn't need to take a tube or bus once you have checked in. Its restaurants are decadent, its buildings impressive, and its streets clean, making Mayfair a sought-after destination for evening strolls. A simple double bedroom with private ensuite shower/toilet in heart of London's Soho/China Town.
This is a double room with its own shower and toilet, so no need to share with anyone else. We have two rooms like this and you may be put in either one of them. The location is great, West End of London. You can't be any more central than this. Hundreds of restaurants, bars, theatres and museums nearby, all with in less than 5min walk. Do expect some noise as it's backed onto restaurants/pub. Our rooms are simply decorated and are clean and comfortable. We don't really have a kitchen in the flat, because with so many restaurants are around, our guests are out all the time enjoying their London experience and food. There is a toaster ,microwave and kitchen sink and mini fridge. Wifi is included. We can do some basic washings for you (1 load a week), or laundry services can be ordered easily from local supplier. Bedding and a bath towel for each guest is provided. However if you are fussy about towels, then please bring your own towels, we wash our own towels and they are not going to be fluffy and sparkling white. There is no TV as I couldn't get TV aerial installed. I am a very honest and down to earth person, I want you to be aware of any potential issues before hand and be happy with any bookings you make with me. If there's anything you need, just ask and we shall try our best to help you. We live and work next door with our family. One thing I do ask our guests is that please be considerate to all others who are living in this block and absolutely no smoking anywhere inside the block. Also I'd like to draw your attention to the fact that this is Airbnb, not a hotel and you are in people's private homes. We do our best to make sure everyone has a great time, but we don't run like a hotel and we are working families, so we are not around 24/7. Another thing just to be clear -- the flat backs onto restaurants and pubs, there're some noise especially on Fridays and Saturdays upto midnight, it can be too loud for some people.
Great location, theatres, cinemas and lots of restaurants, cafes within minutes of walking.

Location is great, but beware of noise as we are above restaurants and pub. It's not a very big room as you can see in the photo. It has a single bed, table, wardrobe, etc.
Very lively neighbourhood, within walking distance of major attractions.

Soho's smallest, cutest little gem of a room located near Piccadilly Circus. The bathroom is shared. It is on the 3rd floor of a mansion block, there is no lift/elevator
This room is a VERY SMALL double room. The fantastic feature of this room is that you are literally in the centre of London, with a view so that you can actually see the iconic screens of Piccadilly Circus. PLEASE NOTE - Due to the amazing central location, the area is very busy and therefore street noise is inevitable. Please consider this before you book. We provide earplugs in case anyone is a light sleeper. If you are very sensitive to noise then it may be best to stay outside of the city centre, although that doesn’t sound like much fun to us :) ROOM FEATURES - Standard double bed - TV with Freeview channels - High speed Wifi connection - Kettle & tea/coffee making facilities - Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, sweetener and milk - Hairdryer - Water bottles and glassware - Fan - Workspace with chair - Wardrobe - All linen and towels provided Although there is not a great deal of space in the room it is ideal for people wanting to stay on the doorstep of the sights and attractions that London has to offer. This little gem is there to be enjoyed, if you are going to book and then leave negative feedback about the size, then the message from us is it is best not to book :) The health and safety of our guests is of the upmost importance to us. We have implemented several safety features to help guests feel safe in our listings; these include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguishers and fire blankets. Also for any little accidents we have provided a first aid kit. NOTE - this room is usually booked for 3 months or more by people who work in the many production companies in and around Soho. We have no big productions for the next 6 weeks which is why we are able to offer short lets on Airbnb.
What we love about being located in Soho is the fact that you are sandwiched between 6 fantastic 'must see' areas of central London - Soho, Westminster, The West End, Covent Garden, Mayfair, and St James's The majority of London's most popular tourist attractions and all the major theatres are within an easy 10-minute walk - Our place is super central and you shouldn't need to take a tube or bus once you have checked in. Don't just take our word for it, here is what Airbnb has to say about the surrounding area. SOHO Like Britain's famous agent, James Bond, this neighbourhood leads a double life: Soho's streets are home to clean-cut record shops and fashionable galleries. Crowds flock to this edgy epicentre to experience its sultry past and trendy present. Soho's red-light roots and beatnik bastions have steadily transformed into hip public houses, all-night coffee shops, and vintage boutiques that welcome the 24-hour clamour of this cobblestoned neighbourhood. https://www.airbnb.com/locations/london/soho WESTMINSTER Boasting more than a few London landmarks, Westminster is a distinct political and cultural epicentre. Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace (God Save the Queen), and the United Kingdom's House of Parliament all share the cobblestoned lanes under Big Ben's timely shadow. Theatres, shops, pubs, clubs, landmarks, and lounges-no matter how many times you visit, you'll never see the same neighbourhood twice. Constantly evolving, crowds gather in London's West End by morning, afternoon, and night to absorb a bit of the vibrant lifestyle in a neighbourhood that never looks back https://www.airbnb.com/locations/london/the-west-end COVENT GARDEN Covent Garden's central square remains this neighbourhood's primary attraction, but its fetching streetscape doesn't end with its bustling marketplace. Street performers and food stalls share Covent Gardens' iconic plaza and winding side streets with cheese shops, casual taverns, art museums, and opera houses that cater to those looking for less trafficked locales. You'll watch, you'll applaud, and you'll pay your pocket change to the countless entertainers and diversions in this unyieldingly charming neighbourhood https://www.airbnb.com/locations/london/covent-garden MAYFAIR As a neighbourhood steeped in sophistication, Mayfair doesn't have beer pubs and dance clubs-it has wine bars and scotch lounges. Its restaurants are decadent, its buildings impressive, and its streets clean, making Mayfair a sought-after destination for evening strolls. Bounded by iconic Hyde Park to the west and ultra-trendy West End to the east, Mayfair's noble neighbours increase the appeal of its already enchanting endowments. https://www.airbnb.com/locations/london/mayfair ST JAMES'S As a members-only kind of neighbourhood, St. James's esteemed reputation is upheld by its penchant for finely tailored suits and thick cigar smoke. With many of the City's best bars and restaurants on the doorstep, guests will not be bored or go hungry! This one bedroom property is on the second floor (no lift).
