Our stay at Rick and Lorelei’s was fantastic! It literally felt like we were in paradise. Everybody enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, our kids loved the game room. The house had tons of space. There were so many thoughtful and practical touches (board games, office space, pool toys, beach chairs/toys) that made it easy for our family to just enjoy rest together. If there was a way to give six stars we would!

We have been traveling with friends to the Seabreeze Jazz Festival in PCB for five years. The first year we stayed on the 18th floor of a high-rise condo on the beach. At the end of our stay, we decided that did not suit us and we looked for a home to rent. We lucked out and found the Grey Narwhal which is where we stayed the following year. This year (2025) was our fourth consecutive year staying there and we are already booked for next April. The house is exactly as described. It is very comfortable with a kitchen full of all the amenities that we need. Everything in the house is good to excellent quality from the crockery in the kitchen to the bed linens and towels. There’s also some interesting reading material; if you choose to stay at the Grey Narwhal, look for the Ladybird books for adults on the shelf above the couch. Great reading! Paul and Janet are extremely responsive and friendly hosts and have given us great recommendations in the past. Looking forward to 26!

This beautiful place was awesome! The hosts are great and there are extra touches that normally are not provided that make it very convenient! The neighborhood is lovely, peaceful, and close to everything. We will stay again! Thank you Chris and Ashley!

We arrived in the late evening. The place was well lit, enabling us to find everything and get settled in. Great location, near shopping, hospitals and a short drive to the beach. The Wi-Fi was adequate to support remote work. We really enjoyed the attached screen room. The neighbors are friendly, too. The Pensacola airport is quiet and only a 10-minute drive away. The host is friendly and was always available if needed. Thanks to Pam for a great month-long stay.

Very responsive host. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and gave us tons of things to do. Tons of amenities. Very short walk to the beach.

This place was beautiful and such a great deal for our group. We wanted to boat to crab island and this was a close enough stay and big enough for all of us. The hosts were very helpful by giving a handbook on all the things to do around fort walton. They responded quickly when needed and were very accommodating. I would definitely book again!

Pam made our trip to Pensacola feel like home. After 25+ hours on the road, this stay gave us the relaxation and comfort we needed. I finally met my niece for the very first time and the kids certainly appreciated the toys in the office/den. Everything is very organized with very detailed instructions which made navigating the home a breeze. Our dog, Bella, made herself right at home in the fenced in backyard. The views of the water and the fountain were just the cherry on top of the quiet neighborhood. Would definitely book again if given the opportunity. Thank you for sharing your home and giving us ideas for things to do with our dog in the area.

The accommodations were definitely a five star . The place was as described and had the feel of home. The host was excellent and super responsive. The view was absolutely amazing . I recommend highly and would definitely recommend rebook!!!

Olivia’s place was peaceful and quiet, great area on the bay with room to play for our kids and they did not want to leave. Walkable to the beach, we would def come back.

We LOVE this place!! Rick and Sylvia made us feel like part of the family. More then everything you need!! Fishing , restraints, beautiful natural surroundings. They gave us helpful tips on restraints, attractions , helped us fish and became good friends. The sweetest hosts we have ever had!! Very friendly but private. They provided everything!! And then some!! Helped us out soooo sooo much on sooo many levels. We came for a rodeo and just wanted a cool place to stay. This is definitely a gem of a place!! The space was super clean and equipped with everything. They also provided a lot of fishing equipment and a kayak and hammock for hanging out in between time. We got to hang out with them a bit, we are social . They are very cool!! Super sweet, helpful friendly, would give the shirt off their back kind of people!! This is what we look for in an Airbnb. They truly care about their guests!! Above and beyond for comfort!! The stay was incredible!! Thank you!! Can't wait to come back!!!

We had a wonderful time!! The villa was beautiful and very clean. Also the host was AMAZING, and responded quickly with any questions that we had! Definitely the best place to stay for a short vacation!! 100% will be staying there again!

We highly recommend the Palace. Beautiful area with lots of trees and parks within walking distance. The apartment was very clean with stylish decor. Kitchen is fully equipped with space for meal preparation. The neighborhood felt safe. It is in a good location with lots of entertainment and restaurants close by. Looking forward to staying here again.

Stayed in Pensacola for the weekend of the Crawfish Festival with another couple. The home is absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable!! Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and necessities to make the weekend easy. Spent time in the lovely shaded backyard, on the front porch each morning with coffee in rocking chairs, and in the cozy living room. Walked to the festival each day. It was a 1.7 mile walk each way, on sidewalks, through the historic area until we got to Palafox St, where we enjoyed restaurants, bars, and beautiful architecture. Location of the home is wonderful, and it is very well suited for 2 couples travelling together.

Loved that we were right inside of Baytown Wharf. It was easy to find things to do within walking distance. There is a great little green space off the third floor by the pool for your dog to go potty if you bring one. We appreciated that our were able to bring our furry friend. Loved sitting on the balcony in the AM and enjoying the fresh air while we sipped our coffee. We would absolutely stay again.

This place is exactly as described. Photos are up to date and accurate, location is very conveniently placed and quiet for late evening relaxation. The property is actually a lot more spacious than what it appears in the photos and we were extremely grateful for that. The Host(s) are very responsive and make check in/out very painless, I would recommend them to anyone! Definitely plan to return here in the near future!

Better than described. Large wooded lot right on the lake with a dock to hang out on. Lots of space. Large rooms. Feels much more remote than it is. Close to groceries, restaurants, etc. We loved staying here!

Cute little rv/cottage that is perfect if you have a dog.

We were evacuating from the incoming hurricane so I was in a rush looking for something for my husband, sister, baby, and three dogs to go and I found this beautiful beach cabin with a privacy fence back yard, fire pit, and bbq grill. His mother came to check on us when we got there and brought our dogies some treats and us some snacks she make us feel right at home she was such a sweet lady great advice where to eat also a food truck park walking distance with amazing food zoo is maybe 3 mins away and it was so much fun we were so happy to know if we ever wanna get away for the weekend we can bring our fur baby’s and family and a wonderful weekend also Iv never sleep so good in my life the beds were amazing

We loved this place. We used the screened in porch and backyard more than anything. It was so nice with the dining area, lights and rocking chairs. The beds were very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Would definitely stay here again!
