Ένα οίκημα πετρόχτιστο μεζονέτα 42 τετραγωνικών του 1930 που αναπαλαιώθηκε και ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2023 κρατώντας τα βασικά του χαρακτηριστικά. Υπήρξε το Ραφείο του χωριού της Επισκοπής Ηρακλείου για αυτό και ονομάστηκε Rafeio Roustic Maisonette.
