Die Infrastruktur ist hervorragend: Bus und Bahn sind vor der Haustür, in direkter Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel, Drogerie) und Freizeitmöglichkeiten (Lister Meile mit zahlreichen Geschäften, Eisdielen etc., die Eilenriede lädt zum Sporteln und Spazieren ein). Das Apartment ist voll ausgestattet, inkl. Netflix. Auf Wunsch kann bei langfristigen Buchungen ein regelmäßiger Reinigungsservice dazu gebucht werden.

With the economic crisis came the decline of the trade & the conversion into residential premises. During the renovation of the building it was very important to keep the original industrial character, like the red bricks, the concrete floor & the floor-to-ceiling windows. The minimalist design allows the building's great past to speak for itself.

The bedroom has a double bed and a flat screen TV. There is another flat screen TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a stove, fridge and dishwasher. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.
