Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnlage als Einliegerwohnung in einem einzeln stehendem Haus. Das Haus hat ein sehr gesundes Raumklima, da es sich um ein Fachwerk/-Lehmhaus handelt. Das Haus wurde im Jahr 2000 erbaut, die Einliegerwohnung wurde vollständig 2020 renoviert.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.
