We had a great time staying here. We had everything we needed and the location was great for getting to the beach, restaurants and other amenities and it was quite quiet for Waikiki. The free parking was really helpful and went smoothly although we would advise people to make sure to watch the signs in the parking garage because one day we accidentally backed into a stall and got a ticket. But that was our fault, we just overlooked the signs. We would stay again.

Briana place was a great find! Overall, I would rate it 4/5 - solid vacation spot in Kauai. Very close to the airport, calm beach (sometimes the tide could get very rough at other places, but for us rough tides was not an issue!), and great view! The staff was very helpful esp Tia who helped us check in and gave us amazing local recommendations. The grounds are big and spacious, and immaculately maintained! I took off a star bc of parking and the room. The slots to park are very narrow. A lot of big cars habited the parking lot that took two spots, wasting a lot of space. The walk from the overflow lot was far from the entrance making it a bit of a hassle. The room was tiiny. With luggage etc it was hard to move around. Also there is no light in the passage of the closet. If the bathroom door was closed, one could hardly see in the closet even with the entrance light on and we couldn’t find a closet light. But if I was back, I would consider staying here again with a good ABNB deal :)

We had an amazing stay at Viet’s. It wasn’t just the beautiful interior and view of the ocean, but they had anything we could have needed for our trip to Kaua'i. Binoculars, beach chairs, beach towels. The Cliffs has amazing amenities and has different activities / vendors throughout our stay. Best of all, Viet was timely in her responses and thorough if we had any questions. If we came back to Kaua'i, we would definitely stay at Viet’s again!

A great stay for a family of 5. Check-in was easy and the location was prime for walking to Waikiki. We did have some intermittent issues with WiFi but after contacting the Superhost/Kelly, the issue was rectified the same day! We appreciated that. Having a kitchen is such a plus and saves on buying breakfast at a restaurant. We also took advantage of the in-house beach equipment instead of renting. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Breathtaking view, wonderful location, and spotless condo. Tina was responsive to my questions and the unit was very easy to find and access. Beautiful grounds and quiet. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Mahalo!

We loved this place! Definitely will be rebooking on my next trip to Honolulu. This felt like a home away from home. Very cozy, comfortable and had lots of amenities that not alot of places offer. There are a lot of places near the Airbnb. We walked to most places. The host is absolutely amazing! He offered great recommendations for things to do and places to see. He was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Overall a great experience!

The location is outstanding for access to the Northshore and Wakiki/Pearl Harbor. We spent time at the hotel enjoying all the amenities--which were many--and we snorkeled nearby (highly recommend) as well as saw the sights around Oahu. It was easy, straight-forward, safe access. Parking garage is tight! The hotel is very family-friendly. You are a guest of the hotel, hosted by Bellani, so have access to all the hotel's amenities fitness and dance classes, restaurants, bars, pools, hot tub and all activities. Loved morning beachside yoga! The beach is a calm cove, man-made. Better snorkeling is Paradise Cove, 1/3 m drive, minimal parking. The scene is hopping, including the nearby restaurants, which are walkable. Good food though pricey, we found better out-and-about (Yelp, etc). Food trucks are a good option on the Northshore. At the hotel, all the staff are extremely friendly, the location was very classy and comfortable, and we were very happy!

Jolie & Stephen were superstars! Their communication was prompt and friendly, and they shared local recommendations that made our trip unforgettable. The check-in was seamless, and we felt right at home thanks to the thoughtfully stocked kitchen, beach supplies , washer/dryer, AC and other amenities. We will definitely be back!

Great little studio, perfect for my friend and I. patio was private, parking was accessible, air conditioning was great! Thanks so much for having us, would recommend to others looking for a quaint little spot. Would recommend a rental car to get around to local beaches and tour the north end of island.

Our stay entire stay has been amazing! We explored the Secret Beach, went snorkeling, and even spotted whales from the living room— such a magical moment! To top it off, I captured some stunning Milky Way photos that I’ll treasure forever. This trip and stay has truly been a dream come true. Mahalo for the unforgettable experience!

Before I even arrived, I was in contact with Jimmy. He helped me decide if a car would be needed and even provided parking if I did, but the location was literally one block from Waikiki Beach! You could see even see Diamond Head from the balcony! Such a huge luxury! There was plenty of space to put our belongings for our 8 day stay, and we fully took advantage to make some home cooked meals using the equipment that was provided with the unit, but he unit was also so close to everything that Waikiki had to offer. There were great shops, convenience stores, restaurants, even food trucks in the alley right outside of the parking gate. You could see that Jimmy had a well laid out game plan for his guests, to anticipate what their need might be. For example, he had items such as beach towels, beach umbrellas, a wagon, and even boogie boards that you could take to the beach! I hope to return to Waikiki very soon, and hopefully this unit is available again when we come back!

I’ve been in a lot of Airbnb‘s and this one was one of my favorites. Beautiful location, beautiful condo very clean exactly as described. the kitchen had all we needed. It was fully stocked the grocery store was right across the street so we had breakfast at the condo just about every morning while sitting at the dining room over looking the pool and ocean. They had plenty of towels which was nice because we had teenage boys with us and the washer and dryer came in very handy. Each room having its own bathroom was also very nice and convenient. Fresh pool towels were also given and exchanged any time needed. The condo had a closet stacked with snorkeling gear and other fun water toys. There’s even a spa on the premises also a gorgeous restaurant with beautiful views and great food right next to the pool. Pool has a lazy river and multiple hot tubs. The host was wonderful very responsive gave clear directions. The place is easy to find. Location is close to everything

Stayed here with the primary objective of being able to walk to the Convention Center for a conference each morning. It was a 12-15 min walk to the Convention Center through a shaded promenade beside a river, which was perfect for me. The apartment/condo is slightly smaller than what I perceived from the pictures, but met all of our basic needs for 2 people. Air conditioning was a must even in April and this unit had AC and a fan which was great. Appreciated the option to rent a vehicle through this listing. Very tight, but dedicated parking underneath the building which was very convenient. Bathroom was small but met all basic needs. Host provided little extras that are always appreciated including a functional kitchen with paper towels and aluminum foil, ziplock bags, water filter in the fridge, bath and beach towels, sunscreen. There is an ABC convenient store within a 5min walk, which was great for any quick needs. It is a ~20-30min walk to the main shopping/restaurant district.

Great location. It’s only 5 minutes walking to the closest beach. And in the other direction, plenty of shopping and eats to be had, there is a shaved ice shop at the base of the building. AC and ceiling fans worked great as well.

I literally loved it here so much, I only stayed for one night but definitely no complaints whatsoever. I will be coming back!

If you need a nice workstation with a fantastic view, look no further. This place couldn't be more conveniently, if you wish to travel around the island, but also want easy access to Waikiki. The car rentals from the lobby were super convenient also.

Nice place in a good location but a bit hard to find. Ask for detailed instructions before arriving. Mike is extremely communicative and easy to work with. He even gave us some very welcome flexibility on arrival time -- very much appreciated!

A lovely escape from the busy and lively waikiki where we spent the previous 6 nights. Great location for all of the north shore attractions and little towns. Ritz carlton within walking distance and a few bars within so you aren’t necessarily confined to your condo if you do want to go out. Parking spot conveniently situated opposite the door and easy to access. The condo had all of the essential amenities for a pleasant stay. Would recommend.

This was a great base camp for our family kauai adventure. We enjoyed the air conditioning and full kitchen. There were a couple of things that we needed help with during our stay and our host was very responsive every time we reached out. The only thing that we would say could be improved would be that the front bedroom doesn't really get cool from the AC so some nights our kids got pretty warm even with the fans but other than that it was a fantastic stay. The beach is literally right across the parking lot and there are chairs and a pool right by the beach that we enjoyed.

Good location and good communication with host!

Beautiful space with great views of the jungle and ocean. Loved the birds and chickens who greeted us whenever we were on the back patio. Space was perfect for two couples as we both had our own bathrooms. We were slightly concerned with no a/c, however opening windows and having fans going we were comfortable. Highly recommend this location.

We were two adults and two kids (ages 10 and 12) who stayed here for a week. Everything was super great! The condo was comfortable and well outfitted, the pool was never too crowded, Wed happy hour at the on-site restaurant was fun, the shave ice directly across the street was incredible, and we loved how easy it was to get to any part of the island from Kapa'a. We didn't spend very much time on the beach directly out from the condo--one day was pretty windy, but we did see some people in the water on another day. Jann was an incredible host--the suggestions were spot on, and she was responsive about getting us beach chairs and an umbrella within a couple hours on our first day when we realized they were missing. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
