At the most south place of Europe, with very mild winter. It is a new house, was built in 2008 but we didn't use it, until June 2017 that we decided to put it for rent for Airbnb. 800 meters from the Potami beach of Lasithi, or 10 minutes walking with maps. 650 meters from the main road that has a bus stop with hourly schedules. 3.3 kilometers or 6 minutes with car from the city of Ierapetra. It is 127 square meters. It can be rented, always the whole, by 1 of up to 10 people.

On the ground floor there is an elevator for all floors of the complex. There are lockboxes located in the main entrance with numbers that show your apartment door number.
