This spacious home is directly across from the beach 100m from the Umdloti Tidal Pool and 250m from restaurants and a coffee shop. It offers front row panoramic ocean views with the most magnificent sunrises. A generator keeps the lights on during load shedding. PLEASE NOTE - A refundable deposit is required when booking this beach home. Strictly no parties and no day visitors without prior arrangement with the host.

A 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive will take you to the swimming beach and nearby grocery shops, take-aways and restaurants. Just 25 minutes away from the city of Durban, this quiet spot makes for the ideal holiday or business stay. Please note: We do not permit parties on the property. Illovo Views is situated in the tranquil suburb of Illovo Beach. With just a 2 to 3 minute wall to the beach, this unit offers the most spectacular views one could wish for! The complex is family friendly with its own pool and a lovely play area for your children. This ground floor apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, lounge with an L shape sleeper couch and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
