I enjoyed staying at this location. It was as advertised, clean and nice! It was also close to the pool which was nice. Sandra was quick to respond and very accomodating. I'll be back!

Joanna's place was beautiful, very big and spacious. Everything was clean and neat. It looks just like the pictures but even better in person. the pool was lovely and refreshing after a day of sightseeing. It was very private and safe. There is a manned security gate to enter the neighborhood and an electric gate to enter the property. You would need a vehicle as it is not walkable to any stores or attractions. Carline lives on and looks after the property. She is very friendly and helpful. She is also readily available to assist but respects your privacy. It was a pleasure meeting her. Joanna was easy to contact and gave good information and great directions to the house. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

This is a gorgeous property that is close to the beach, quiet, and relaxing. Nadine and Barry were super responsive, friendly, and accommodating! I highly recommend the chef who made absolutely delicious local dishes. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a wonderfully relaxing stay.

Joshua was so easy with communicate with and booking process was seamless. The place was exactly as described! The beach is a simple 2 min walk away and is gorgeous and private. Very close to supermarkets, restaurants etc. Ideal for a family stay!

Franklin was superb. Very down to earth, attentive and informative. He knew the area well, suggested some great recommendations for restaurants and nightlife. His property is greatly maintained and the amenities were as described.

The house is as described. Very safe neighborhood. It’s huge with plenty of space. Camille and Derrick were a great addition and made us feel right at home. Definitely suggest using Camille for meals. Would stay here again

Really nice Villa. Beautiful ocean view. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of towels, pillows, and extra sheets and pillows if needed. The kitchen was furnished well enough to cook all the essentials. The house and bathrooms were very clean. The wifi worked great our entire stay. Communication with the host was easy, and the response was quick. There is AC in two of the main bedrooms. The third room and the rest of the house do not have AC, but there are ceiling fans in every room. It can,get pretty warm in the living room and kitchen, especially while cooking. The only thing I wish there was would have been either long chairs or beach chairs or hammocks to be able to lay in the sun or shade and enjoy the view and ocean breeze. You can swim in the bay if you are a swimmer as it can be kind of rough. Make sure to bring water shoes as it is all rocks and some are very sharp. There is no sand what so ever. The private beach is wonderful and located at a 3min drive.

This was our first time in Jamaica and WOW. What an experience! Jackie was absolutely the highlight of our stay here. We cannot rave enough about her. She really made us feel like family, was always so warm and welcoming and her cooking was phenomenal. It really made our stay memorable. She also had great recommendations for things to do close by. The property was incredibly peaceful and tranquil. The view from the patio was beautiful and the sunsets were stunning here, we felt very at home here. The small cove was perfect to splash around in and the grounds staff were also so friendly and helped us get to the cliff jumping spots nearby, which were another highlight for my brother and I. Overall our stay here was fantastic, no complaints whatsoever, I hope to stay here again when I come back to Jamaica and eat Jackie’s jerk chicken again! 10/10.

ZYANI was recommended by dear friends. Our group of 7 rented the entire villa for 3 nights, and we'd all go back in a heartbeat. The focal point is the patio, directly on the ocean—it's stunning. The soothing sound of the ocean is a constant. The saltwater pool is perfect. Each bedroom is spacious, all with their own bathroom and nice little touches. If the ocean breeze isn’t enough, the ceiling and floor fans are good. We opted to hire a chef for our stay, and the meals they cooked for us were all fantastic. Stephanie and her team are friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented. The place is full of love and tranquility. I recommend you either drive or use Uber, as there's not much within walking distance. Stephanie recommended a small secluded beach nearby, and is less than a 10-minute drive. Other area attractions are 30 to 60 minutes away; Stephanie guided us on what to do (and, equally important, what to skip). Much love to Stephanie for creating a peaceful oasis in Ocho Rios! ♥️

Our group had a memorable weekend at this villa. The views were beautiful and the vibes were perfect. The place was very clean and comfortable. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would recommend it to others. Thank you for everything.

Two words : The staff ! Winston , Chef Sheree and Annmarie made the experience so amazing . They were friendly and very knowledgeable and accommodative . The place is absolutely lovely , the pool deck is to die for and the bar area brings the right amount of vibe . The place is private and allows for you to feel safe and relaxed in your own space . I would absolutely recommend this to anybody to just get away from home or host a little event if needs be ! Well done Team !

Vacation Stay Home in Mammee Bay Jamaica, was a dream like experience. Immaculate white rooms with white canopies and linen shaped into hearts greeted my guest. Their personal rooms which all had large personal bathrooms, also had doors that led out to balconies or directly into the beautiful grass of the grounds. One of my guest said it was her door to Narnia. The staff were so attentive and pleasant that within days I felt as if I knew them for a lifetime. They will be missed. Chef Shaun has to be one of the finest Chefs in Jamaica, I have eaten Jamaican food in NY, LA, Miami, Montego Bay, Kingston, St Ann and St Mary and his food was by far the best I have had, and he was all ours! The neighborhood walk to the beach and restaurant was delightful and the private beach was breathtaking. All of this was facilitated by one of the most attentive and helpful hosts I've ever come in contact with, the fantastic Dahlia. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, welcoming, and just awesome!!

A perfect place to stay. The kitchen is enormous, the bedrooms are comfortable, the views of the Sea is fantastic. The pool was well used! The on-site staff was a huge help. To rate this place as a 10 is cheating so I will give it an 11.

We traveled to Jamaica looking for a place to relax and decompress with friends and the Villa Maria was just what we were looking for. We spent our days lounging by the pool and enjoying the quiet, private space over looking the sea. Evenings were spent watching the sunset on the beach and relaxing under the stars at night. Everything was exactly as pictured! The staff were all attentive and friendly. We felt so well cared for during the entire stay. Chef Thomas was incredible with dinner on the beach and breakfast by the pool. We enjoyed the yoga mats that were provided and the fresh filtered water stand was an added bonus for staying well hydrated! We were so close to the airport and enjoyed watching the planes land & take off during the day and were not bothered by any excess noise at all. There’s lots of options for things to do outside the villa, but honestly, we were super content just enjoying all the place had to offer. Many thanks to Wayne, Rowan, Suzie, Shelly, & Marco!

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Only Villa! The villa was beautifully decorated both inside and outside. The view from the villa and the sunset was stunning and the proximity to the beach made it more special. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff, Shan and Jeremy, made our stay memorable. They were attentive and quick to respond to any questions, need or concerns. We highly recommend Only Villa to everyone and look forward to another visit in the near future.

I want to start by saying how awesome Andrew, our host, was in answering all my questions prior to booking Chatham. We spent a wonderful week here with 4 adults and 4 kids, and this place was exactly what we needed. As a seasoned Jamaica traveler, I was looking for an alternative to all-inclusive resorts, and Chatham delivered. It felt like home, but with all the amenities of a resort. We loved the saltwater pool, the short walk to the beautiful beach, and the convenient ride to Ocho Rios for grocery shopping and craft markets. The chefs were incredible, preparing delicious Jamaican cuisine and helping us plan menus. One tip for future guests: consider purchasing groceries yourself and having the chefs prepare meals, as this can help manage costs. Unfortunately, we lost the beach access FOB key during a family game, resulting in a $150 USD replacement fee. Despite this minor setback, we'll definitely be returning to Chatham. It's a true gem!

Definitely one of the best spots I've been to. my family and I really enjoyed our stay. My favorite thing about the property was that we could enjoy both in the house and outside aswel. The back yard was sensational, that cool breeze from the ocean view backyard was definitely worth it. also you get to see the tourist ships come in and out during the mornings and evenings.

Omg! Bryan’s place was amazing!! Stayed here so I could be closer to my wedding venue & my family & friends loved it! The pictures did no justice! We felt right at home! Twana-Gay ( the housekeeper) was amazing! Felt like we knew her for years. Community was beautiful! Down to the lawn care & flowers. Loved it!! Overall amazing experience, will definitely stay again! I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! The space was very spacious, clean, and beautifully set up exactly as shown in the photos. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The environment was peaceful, and the layout made it feel like a true home away from home. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how well-maintained everything was. Overall, it was a great experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

I stay at this Denzil's place for a week and it was what I had expected and more. The place was exactly how he had described, clean, secure, private and overall felt right at home with me and the children. Denzil was responsive in all enquiries, lovely speaking to him on the phone. Definitely would recommend, it was a great service.

I really enjoyed my stay at Octava and Natz's. i had a little trouble with the TV and they were responsive to my concerns. the house is huge, clean and very we'll care for. i felt right at home. The only disappointment was that the pool table was broken in the pool house and I was looking forward to playing some games. Definitely would stay again.

We had a great stay here! The location was excellent, close to everything we needed. The house itself was very clean, clutter-free, and accommodated our group perfectly. It was well-maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed access to the private beach—just a quick mention of the house we were staying in, and we were in there for free . The beach was clean and relaxing, with a restaurant, bar, and showers right on-site. We also spent some time at the pool area, which was only a 2-minute walk from the house. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and would stay here again in the future. The host was very friendly and responsive as well.

The pictures do this home no justice! This home is immaculate!!! Sheri, the host, was very prompt with responding to any questions and requests that we had prior to our arrival. The staff treated us like family, all of our needs were addressed promptly, and everyone went over and beyond to make sure that our stay was a memorable one. The home is also conveniently located to all excursions, restaurants and nightlife. Special thanks to Shain and Smiley for keeping us safe at all times and showing us around Montego Bay, and Crystal and Dee for their warm welcomes and attentiveness. I can’t leave out the fact that the best meals We’ve ever had were prepared by the onsite staff. We will most definitely be returning to this villa for all our future stays in Montego Bay!!!
