Elaiodentron eco House

(Eleó–then–dron) comes from the classical Greek word for the olive tree. A modern eco-friendly stone-built retreat, set in a private olive grove using regenerative farming, just 2 km from the sea, surrounded by olives, pines and cedars, with views of Ha Gorge. The area is known for its natural beauty, biodiversity, hiking trails, gastronomy and rich archaeological heritage. The house is easily accessible, with nearby towns like Ierapetra and Agios Nikolaos, traditional villages and many beaches.

Ioanna's Apartment Seaside

At the most south place of Europe, with very mild winter. 200 meters from Psaropoula Beach of Koutsounari, the most excellent beach and cleanest sea with blue flag, right next to a 5-star hotels. You can go to the sea with 4 min walking. Near has hotels, bars, super markets, taverns, offices to rent cars. You can walk at night safely and see other people doing the same. There is a bus stop near the house, with hourly schedules to go to Ierapetra, Agios Nikolaos or to Makri Gialos, Sitia, Vai.

Blue and sea vol2 is an ideal holiday home. The house is literally on the sea. It's comfortable and bright, with rest areas. On its large veranda-balcony you can enjoy the view and relax. It is close to Koutsouras, Makrygialos where there are Super Markets and restaurants, coffee shops etc. Near to home there are the organized beaches of Achlia, Galini, Agia Fotia. Nearby villages for exploring the mountains Oreino, the Shinokapsala, and the famous Dasaki of Koytsoyra with a local taverna.

Kom tot rust en ervaar het echte Kretaanse dorpse leven. Het authentieke huisje is gerenoveerd in de oorspronkelijke stijl en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het huis is twee honderd jaar oud en ruim 25 jaar in familiebezit (eerste buitenlander in het dorp). Een prachtig uitzicht via het (deels)overdekte dakterras op de bergen. Dichtbij Ierapetra en de zee met heerlijke rustieke strandjes. Op het pleintje op 200 meter afstand van het huis is het heerlijk Lokaal eten en spotgoedkoop.
