It is situated on a ~1.5-acre plot (~6,000 sq.m.) filled with pine and olive trees, leading down to a secluded beach via a flight of stairs. All the house area offers panoramic sea views. The outdoor spaces approximately 120 sq.m. feature multi-level seating areas one with pergola,sun loungers with umbrella,an open dining area with barbecue and an outdoor shower.

Elaiodentron eco House

(Eleó–then–dron) comes from the classical Greek word for the olive tree. A modern eco-friendly stone-built retreat, set in a private olive grove using regenerative farming, just 2 km from the sea, surrounded by olives, pines and cedars, with views of Ha Gorge. The area is known for its natural beauty, biodiversity, hiking trails, gastronomy and rich archaeological heritage. The house is easily accessible, with nearby towns like Ierapetra and Agios Nikolaos, traditional villages and many beaches.

Located in the center of Kavousi village, a traditional 18th century Cretan home carefully restored, renovated and lovingly furnished with a collection of stylish antique furniture, it offers modern facilities and comfort as well as an authentic taste of Cretan lifestyle. It accommodates up to 4 people, while larger families and groups can rent upon request our neighbouring home for an extra double bedroom, separate bath and kitchen. Efthimia's house

Efthimia's house is a traditional stone house situated in the old neighborhood of Kavousi village, between the two byzantine churches of Saint George and Twelve Apostles. The history of this house includes a true love story and marriage during the years of the 1 rst World War of my Great-granparents Efthimia and Michalis. About 100 years later my fother and i decided to restore and renovate this traditional house with much love and respect and to offer a real Cretan experience to our guests.

Welkom op een onvergetelijke reis naar een tijd toen vakantie nog authentiek en rustgevend was. Ontspan en kom tot rust in ons traditioneel Grieks stenen huis, dat in 2023 volledig gerenoveerd is. Met respect voor de traditionele bouw, maar zonder in te leveren op comfort. Kavousi is een traditioneel Grieks dorp waar soms de tijd even lijkt te hebben stilgestaan. Ondanks dat je hier weinig toeristen tegenkomt, is het dorp het hele jaar door levendig en is er meer dan genoeg te ontdekken.

Το σπίτι μου είναι στο Καβούσι , ένα ομορφο γραφικό χωριό κτισμενο σε υψόμετρο 140 μέτρων, στους πρόποδες του υψώματος Αφέντης του Όρους Θρυπτής και βρίσκεται επί της οδού Αγίου Νικολάου - Σητείας. Απέχει 17 χιλιόμετρα από την Ιεράπετρα, 24 χιλιόμετρα από τον Άγιο Νικόλαο και 40 χιλιόμετρα από την Σητεία. Το παλιό καφενείο του παππού έγινε ο ιδανικός χωρος διομονής στο όμορφο και ειδυλιακό αυτό χωριό σε μια ησυχη γειτονιά προσφέροντας μοναδικές συνθήκες γαλήνης .

Το "milos" είναι ένας παραδοσιακός ανεμόμυλος όπου χρονολογείται περίπου από το 1900 και βρίσκεται στο ψηλότερο σημείο του παραδοσιακού χωριού Κρούστας σε μια έκταση 1400 τμ. Η πανοραμική θέα είναι ιδανική για στιγμές απόλυτης ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης.Περιβάλλεται από έναν περιποιημένο κήπο με κρητικά βότανα,πέτρινο καθιστικό και BBQ ο .Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 13 χλμ από την πόλη και τις καταγάλανες παραλίες του Αγίου Νικολάου.στα 500 μ περίπου από το "milos" .
