Quaint villages, wildlife parks, en route to the seashore. Room & shared bathroom in the loft; shared kitchen, dining area, outside seating. WiFi, Fire TV, Netflix. Breakfast! Room J Cozy room overlooking the back yard. Queen-size bed sleeps 2. Armoire and dresser for storage. Fold-out desk. Shared bathroom.

Iona is located close to DE Turf and the Delaware beaches. The Inn looks out over Cedar Creek, a pristine estuary leading to Delaware Bay. This vista provides many stunning sunrises and sunsets. Since Iona is a working farm, the front of the house looks out over the barn, pastures, and fields. The front porch and second-floor balcony provide perfect viewing to enjoy the early morning scenery with your first cup of coffee and breakfast provided to all guests. Iona is a non-smoking property.

Yuletide is a small retired farm located 1/4 mile from Hwy 1, convenient to downtown, beaches, Dover AFB, and casinos. 3 bedrooms, share a bath with jetted tub & shower, powder room downstairs. We have a Mini Poo. We are not suitable for animals or chilldren under 19.
