Spacious studio for 2, beautiful surroundings

Self contained open plan studio, double bed with luxury bedding, kitchenette and full bathroom with amazing views over British farmland and the Lakeland hills located in the Eden Valley, very peaceful and tranquil. All you need for a relaxing break in the lakes, perfect for stop over on route between North/South Balcony for breakfast with a view, overlooking fully secure patio / garden area. exceptionally clean and well looked after. Refurbished in 2022 dogs allowed with £20 fee per stay.

Our Studio is a private, cosy and comfortable space in a quiet residential location. Ideal for a restful break after a day out exploring the Lake District. Historic Kendal is known as the "Gateway to The Lakes" as Bowness & Windermere are an 8 mile drive away. Kendal Town Centre is a 20 min walk for the shops/Brewery Arts Centre/Bus & Kendal Rail Station. TRAVELLING: For guests travelling by rail - Oxenholme Rail Station is a 7 min taxi drive. J36 & J37 on the M6 are approx 10 min drive.

Our open-plan, self contained apartment is sandwiched in an elevated position between the Western Lakes and the Solway Coast. Offering fantastic links to much of Cumbria. Laal Yan has been decorated with peace and tranquility in mind. Rest and recuperate while enjoying the idyllic countryside. Visiting for exercise and adventure, work or to see local family, our accommodation offers the perfect base. Guests have called it a calm and cosy oasis, and that is exactly what we hoped to create.

Beautiful annexe to historic grade 2-listed property. Tastefully decorated, with a stunning bedroom and bath/ shower room, commanding views across a lovely garden. Downstairs, the hall leads into a fully equipped kitchen and the living/ dining room, with patio doors that open out onto a pebbled seating area. Ideally located, with a gentle stroll down to Coniston Water and a bridle path above, leading to the fells and Coniston Old Man. Half a mile from the village and opposite the Ship Inn.

Sleeps up to 6 people (1 double bed, 2 x double sofa beds all in separate rooms), The Sty and The Stable (with a nod to its former uses in years gone by), offers free parking and all of the amenities you'd need for a comfortable stay. Situated directly in front of a working dairy farm, the property also has its own small holding that includes the resident pig 'George', ducks, chickens, dogs and many more family pets.

La’l Stenkrith is a self-contained apartment with free on street parking adjacent to the beautifully scenic Stenkrith Park in the rural market town of Kirkby Stephen which lies at the head of the Eden Valley. Recently refurbished it is situated between the North Penines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It is convenient for the Lake District, North Yorkshire Moors, Pennine Way and Coast 2 Coast route, there are plenty of places to walk and explore.

The Old Potting Shed, cosy retreat with hot tub

The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.

Braeside Studios is a detached stone built building adjacent to our family home. We have 2 purpose built, self contained studios each with private entrance door, ensuite shower room, drying cupboard, mini breakfast kitchenette (fridge, sink, kettle, toaster) and seating area. Both our rooms are clean and contemporary and focus of comfort and practicality. The garden view room has a double bed and the riverside room has a king sized bed. You are welcome to share our garden.

Cosy 18th Century Private Suite - Peaceful Village

This centrally heated, one bedroom Guest Suite is part of a Georgian property built in the late 1700s. The Suite is located in Newton Reigny which is a peaceful village 5 minutes drive from the historic town of Penrith. 5 minutes to the M6 and A66 allows for easy access to the Lake District World Heritage site (the closest lake Ullswater 15 minutes drive). Free parking on the property's driveway and space also available to store equipment.
