Excellent sunset and great way to spend the time recharging batteries in Thailand!

Вилла была замечательная, все есть для комфортного проживания. Еженедельная уборка, очистка бассейна, парковка, стиральная машина. Хозяин всегда был на связи и быстро отвечал, помогал решать бытовые вопросы. Рядом есть фитнес центр и кафе с вкусной едой. Еще вернемся.

L’île de Kho Phangan est super agréable, mais en plus séjourner dans la villa de JC était un pur bonheur, un véritable havre de paix, une maison confortable, super bien entretenue avec en prime un ménage fait tous les jours. La grande terrasse et la piscine sont un gros plus pour finir en beauté les journées !! JC est une personne très sympa et chaleureuse, sachant être présent, comme il faut. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Je recommande fortement.

We had a group of six friends stay here and it was perfect. The view with the infinity pool is incredible, and Theresa and her team were so communicative and accomodating. The location is up mountain/hill of sorts, and so there isn’t much in walking distance, which was peaceful and fine for us but worth flagging. Overall, I can’t recommend the place enough and we are very grateful for the opportunity to stay here.

Un grand merci pour ce séjour à la Casa Pia. Audrey et Éric sont des hôtes très sympas et attentionnés veillant à ce que nous passions le meilleur séjour. La maison est superbe, on s’y est sentis très bien, on a pu profiter de Ko Samui tout en profitant de chouettes moments de détente dans la piscine notamment! C’était un régal, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés!

Un super séjour chez Maya À l’abri de tous les regards dans un jardin avec piscine, on est pourtant tout proches du centre, notamment de tous les restos, le night market de lamai et la plage, tout se fait à pieds ! Maison très bien équipée, propre, qui vous offre un moment d’intimité au calme Je recommande ! 🙂

J’ai passé avec ma famille un excellent séjour dans la villa de Catherine. La villa est superbement aménagée, très propre, une piscine extérieure très agréable le soir en rentrant de la plage et Catherine est une super hôte très sympathique, très chaleureuse. Elle a été de très bons conseils pour découvrir Kho Samui y compris pour toute information pratique. Je recommande vivement la villa Soraya, c’est une valeur sûre !

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos. Sehr schön und Sauber. Anna die Gastgeberin ist sehr Hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Organisiert Taxis oder Mietwagen und sonstiges, und kennt sich in der Gegend aus. Der CheckIn wurde sehr einfach und unkompliziert durchgeführt, wie auch der CheckOut. Wir waren zu 5 und hatten einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Amazing customer service. The villa was amazing. Loved every moment of the stay. They made our Valentine’s Day so special and decorated the room and set breakfast up for us. We would return :)

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve dans l’appartement de Manfred. Le logement est exceptionnel et au calme avec une vue à couper le souffle sur l’une des plus belles plages de l’île. Nous avons pu assister à de magnifiques couchés de soleil grâce aux baie vitrées qui offrent une vue dégagée sur le ciel. Manfred est un hôte très sympathique, réactif et disponible. Nous reviendrons certainement!!

My family and I stayed at Jim’s villa for four nights and it was simply the highlight of our trip. The villa was spotless and it also included all the required (and nice to have) amenities to make it a great stay. In addition, the private chef, CHADA was unbelievable and each morning we looked forward to eating breakfast. The food was so good that we ended up having CHADA prepare two dinners for us. All in all, Jim was super helpful in promptly answering all of our questions we had during our stay. I would highly recommend Jim’s place to all and we are excited to stay at his place once again in the future.

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille à la villa Indu Siam. Tout était parfait. La villa, située en bord de mer, est très belle, très bien conçue et aménagée et d'une grande propreté. Davide a toujours été très réactionnel à nos demandes en amont. Un bravo particulier à Anna et son équipe, quelle réactivité à tout point de vue : conseils sur les excursions, réservations de massages ( à domicile,c'était top ) de taxis, de restaurants, de golf, dépannage en temps record lors d'une crevaison en scooter, etc... et quelles fines cuisinières. Nous nous sommes régalés chaque matin avec leur délicieux petits-déjeuners ainsi que de trois repas du soir qui étaient tout simplement excellents. Tout cela dans une très grande discrétion. Un grand merci.

Probably our favorite holiday rental ever. The care, warmth and very attentive service from Watt and Khung was incredible. Delicious breakfast prepared every day and we quickly figured out that it was far more relaxing to stay in for dinner and have our hosts prepare delicious fresh meals than go out. The house is stunning - both inside and out (view of the ocean never gets old) and very tastefully decorated. Great communication from Martin throughout as well, with helpful local recommendations

I cannot say enough about this wonderful home. First, the local management company was super responsive and always the friendliest attitude. The house is magnificent. Very functional kitchen, living area was roomy and with very comfortable sofas. Large refrigerator, easy stove to work and all of the pots, pans, utensils and service ware you will need. I did not use the outside BBQ but I did look it over and it is also, top notch quality. The rooms are very roomy, bathrooms spacious, lots of hot water and very good water pressure. The property has a very private feel. The beach is walkable at low tide and floating in the infinity pool gives you the feeling of being in the bay. There is plenty of towels and linens. We stayed for 17 days and was very sad to leave.

Each of us didn't want to leave. Looking at the photos we took, we can't even believe that we were in there. Amazing seaview, barefeet on the light yellow yard beside the lovely pool, sweet Ploy and Satang, beautiful garden with so many kinds of tropical plants and flowers, walking on crunching gravel path, massaging in the pavilion in the sea breeze, BBQ beside the beach, and big dinner in the large dining room... Full of wonderful memories, comfortable, peace, idyllic... Our family of seven enjoyed our staying very much in the three villas, surrouded with a huge 3000 square meters garden in front of the beach for 6 days. Thank you very much Nikki for all your help from the booking, airport transfers, car rental, the massage, especially all the arrangment for the birthday! Thanks Tone and his team for all the works and help in the villa, Chef Lek and Pa for the big meal, and Alan for the terrific villa. You make our holiday here perfect! The only regret is that it is too short!

Отличная вилла, полностью соответствует фотографиям. Регулярное обслуживание территории (вывоз мусора, чистка бассейна, полив и стрижка газона). Уединенная и приватная территория, зелёный газон, цветы - отличное место для спокойного отдыха или удаленной работы. Большая терраса. Очень массивная мебель, огромные кровати. Шикарный пол. Качественные смесители в ванных комнатах. Чувствуется, что вилла строилась из дорогих материалов. Огромное спасибо хозяину и обслуживающие компании - нам очень понравилось пребывание. Обязательно вернёмся снова и будем рекомендовать друзьям и знакомым.

We loved our stay at the villa. The place is well designed and we felt at home. The staff is amazing, willing to help and professional. And of course it’s near the most peaceful in the island. I will say that although it written in the comments (didn’t see it when booked), they charge extra for electricity and baby crib. I would include it in the price to create full transparency. Really recommend!

We spent the wonderful three weeks in Wilfrid's house. This house has everything you need for a long or short stay. The view of the villa is so fantastic, it is impossible to describe it in words, it is like a picture from a movie: the jungle, birdsong and the sea. This is the place of complete fusion with the nature, for people who like peace and quiet. Wilfrid and his wife are very friendly and responsive to any request. Their staff kindly met us at the airport and saw us off before departure. We will definitely return to this amazing house of complete relaxation.

The view that opens up on the horizon is impressive. The waves of the sea, the sounds of the jungle, the coconuts seem within reach, squirrels jump on the coconut trees in the morning. I seen an exotic birds. nice place, we liked.

Je recommande les yeux fermé un staff au top des échange clair vous aides pour toute les demandes, villa au calm identique au photo, neshite pas a 5 / 10 min de toute attraction en scooter ou taxi. Merci à tous et à bientôt. Séjour o top.

Had a great time staying at this villa, such breathtaking views, great location 10mins from Lamai, 20mins from Chaweng with lots of great restaurants and bars. Finally Jerome himself and his team that take care of the villa were all great people. Would love to return to Koh Samui and will definitely be choosing this villa if we can.

This villa was amazing, from the homely feel, to the great host in Fon, who was always on hand and great with the kids. She is absolutely a jack of all trades and can help with any question or support you need. I loved how you could open up the main room and get a good breeze through in the mornings and the sunset was great too. Super flexible check in time, allowing us to access the property early in the morning given our flight had arrived then.
