Restaurants, mini market, clinic, pharmacy, bus station, kiosks will be less than 1 minute by foot from your home.

The 100 m2 1st floor is 200 meters from Psaropoula Beach of Koutsounari, the most excellent beach and cleanest sea of the world with blue flag, right next to a 5-star hotel. You can go to the sea with 4 min walking. Near has hotels, bars, super markets, taverns, rent cars. You can walk even at night safely and see other people doing the same. Melinas House

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.
