The house was very comfortable and well kept up with a mid-century modern vibe. The beds and linens were very nice too! The location is perfect if you have a student at UPS and central to get to other local attractions. There is some noise that carries from the guests/residents below, but to be expected in an older home and Reece was very responsive about any concerns.

Great location for where it’s at. Honestly, my favorite part about the house was the bed. It was so comfortable. Honestly, I need to ask where you guys got your pillows from I need those at home. Overall, the house was nice and minimalistic. I think the only tiff I would have is getting accustom to the parking. Otherwise our stay was amazing and very easy. Very walkable to diners and ice cream shop and food.

Great location, away from the noise and allowing restful sleep. Love the different bed options to accommodate different needs. Having a shower pan with built-in anti-slip, a removable shower head, along with multiple grab bars, is important and greatly appreciated!

Close to highway and downtown. Quiet and good for rest.

This house was perfect for our stay in Maple Valley! We had 4 adults and an 18 month old, and the 3 bedrooms were perfect for us! They even had a Pack and Play, which worked out well for our granddaughter. The kitchen was well equipped, and we loved relaxing in the living room! We arrived late the first night, and we really appreciated the snacks. I know that we will rent here when we visit again! Greetings from Ohio

This is our third stay with Jeffrey and Linda ... so that should pretty much say everything. It is a great little space. Always clean and comfortable. For those who think you need a big space to enjoy your time, this probably isn't for you. It is small (I prefer "cozy"). But it's just the right size for the two of us. Everything is in great condition. There is attention to detail--and love the electric fireplace, both for warmth when needed and for ambiance. And they provide instructions for everything--TV, fireplace, even the smoke detector. We will be back.

The place is amazing, great decor, clean and spacious. Easy and walkable access to most of the attractions and amazing coffee places close to it.

We had an amazing stay at Alex’s place. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy to prepare meals, and the cozy living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Our visit was due to medical appointments/business trip and the location was ideal—close to my work office, UW Hospital and great restaurants. Alex was an incredible host, always quick to respond to our questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend Alex’s place to anyone visiting Seattle!

This place was fantastic! Danica and Phillip have truly gone the extra mile to ensure their guests feel comfortable and I absolutely adored all of the little touches like the robes, slippers, breakfast, wine and fireplace.

My parents were visiting and stayed at Diana’s place and loved it! The space is even more beautiful in person and Diana was a welcoming and wonderful host. Thank you so much for making my parents feel right at home while they were out here.

Location in Fremont neighborhood which makes it so accessible to coffee, restaurants, shopping or just taking a walk to explore options. This is second stay here because of its location and also the bonus parking space in alley for a vehicle rather than parking street side. I will recommend to friends and family with 3-4 guests traveling to Seattle.

Bed and sheets were comfortable. Space was comfortable. Grateful to have a private spot to park the car, though mostly utilized public transport options like Water Taxi and bus system. If the temperature is in the 40s or 50s and you prefer cool temperatures, close all of the vents. It gets hot in the space between 7am and 830am. There's some great restaurants in the area to take advantage of too. highly recommend La Rustica and Cactus.

I stayed here for the past month. It was a pleasant time for Haoru and her family, all friendly, and we would talk together and be like family. The house is clean and tidy, fully equipped, conveniently located, conveniently parking, and very close to the bus stop. The first time I was here, I felt warmth. It is worth recommending. Daughter and I stayed here and completely fell in love with the house. Very nice layout and roomy, if you are staying at this house more than 1 night plan to cook . Kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials to host a BBQ or family casserole night. This was our first AIR B&B stay anywhere and let me tell you it's worth the money. Privacy we were able to take our doggo. Truly enjoyed it, Side note and it is probably me but this home has all of its bedrooms upstairs and someone who has had knee replacement and needing hip and back surgery it took a moment to get up and down the stairs. But it was worth it.

Stay in 5 star luxury accommodations while enjoying the most iconic view in Seattle! Ken’s lux townhome is the perfect base for discovering Seattle. Within minutes you’re enjoying DT Seattle, Pike Place market, the Seattle Space needle, or any of the DT sports venues. Several outstanding markets, including Whole Foods and Metropolitan Market, as well as fish right off the boat at near by Salmon Bay are close if you decide to cook in the chef’s kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Ken is an outstanding host offering local insights to the Seattle culture. Joe was extremely helpful and communicative with the check in and check out process.

This home was excellent. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. The outdoor space was beautiful. Easy to find. Private and serene and close to everything we needed. Zero complaints only kudos. Thank you. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay with a lovely view and a large yard to play ball with our dog.

Our second time at La Villa, and the downstairs is (possibly) even more delightful than the upstairs! All the art and artistic details are amazing and fun. You know this house has been loved! Walked across the street to the private-feeling beach for every sunset.
