Just a few steps out the front door is a glorious 7-mile walking/bike trail that meanders from the Monterey Bay Aquarium around the point to the expansive Asilomar Beach, a favorite spot for walking in the soft sand and enjoying gorgeous sunsets. Falmouth Cottage has been in our family for 70 years. It is a true, original Carmel cottage, one of the first to be built on beautiful Carmel Point. The house is airy and light-filled, with large windows and french doors opening out to the garden that shelters the house on all sides. Carmel River State Beach is one minute away on foot, with easy access to various parts of the coastline, while a longer stroll along the water to the village of Carmel is about 30 minutes.

Suite offers a slight ocean view with hardwood floors, spacious living room, gas fireplace, kitchen, 2 balconies, one large bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom, and flat screen cable TV. The kitchen has electric stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker. There is a pull out double bed in the living room.
