Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Geislerblick mit Charme!

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in der ruhigen Ortschaft St. Magdalena und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf die Geisslerspitzen, die zum Weltnaturerbe UNESCO zählen. Das kleine Apartment befindet sich im 1.Stock eines Wohnhauses und ist einfach und liebevoll eingerichtet; der großzügige Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Garage. Das Villnössertal ist sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen und idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Bergtouren.

Appartamento Porta-Kaiser - Vaciara

Non lontano dai grandi centri turistici come Alta Badia e Plan de Corones, il nostro paesino è riuscito a mantenere lo stile di vita tipico dei contadini, restando a contatto con la natura, lontano dal traffico e dallo stress. L'appartamento, che fa parte di un maso contadino, gestito da Genovefa e Franz assieme ai loro figli. Gli ospiti aprezzano questo posto per la posizione isolata e la vista spettacolare. Das kleine Appartement in unserem alleinstehendem Haus im Tierser Tal in Südtirol bietet einen ruhigen und entspannenden Platz zum Urlauben! Vor deiner Haustüre betrittst du direkt die Wiesen, hörst den Vögeln, den Insekten und dem Bachrauschen zu. Von hier aus hast du optimale Möglichkeiten im Weltnaturerbe Dolomiten/Rosengarten zu wandern, zu klettern und zu chillen. Great apartment with lots of privacy on the first floor of a detached house. You are very welcome to share the beautiful garden for relaxing or sunbathing. The integrated kitchen provides a maximum of autonomy. The bathroom is very spacious. In the sleeping room 2 people can spend the night comfortably in the double bed. In the kitchen/living room, there is located an additional pull-out sofa for 2 more people/children for staying overnight.

Apartment La Villa

The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 3 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails. The apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor and the rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites.
