Le logement de Dimitris est plein de charme situé au cœur du jardin planté d’agrumes...et en plus l'emplacement vous garanti un fabuleux coucher de soleil à admirer au choix : soit de la plage au bout du jardin !...soit depuis la terrasse privative ! ...que demander de plus ...nous avons passé 3 soirées magnifiques qui nous ont permis d'explorer le Pelion et de profiter du petit bourg d’Afissos et ses commodités facilement accessible à pieds depuis la maison... Dimitris est qui plus un hôte très sympa et trs attentionné parlant français !..une carresse aussi au chien de la maison Stella*** ;) ...si nous en avons a possibilité c'est certain nous reviendrons !!!

Amazing place! So quiet with a privat beach. Vasily was very kind and gave us a lot of good advices and recommendations. This place is a bit far from the turistic villages but it is also part of its magic.

Η υποδοχή έγινε από τον πατέρα του Δημήτρη ο οποίος ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός και μας έδωσε χρήσιμες συμβουλές για την περιοχή! Πολύ όμορφη θέα από το σπίτι 🏡 και πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια (5-10 λεπτά) από το κέντρο της Πορταριάς.

Dear future travelers I had the privilege of staying at Yanis' wonderful Airbnb in Makrinitza Village during a massive thunderstorm in Greece, and I couldn't have asked for a better host. Yanis truly went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort during those challenging days. Not only did Yanis provide us with essential supplies like food, water, and gas when we were stranded, but he also made us feel secure in potentially dangerous situation. His warm hospitality and genuine concern for our well-being were truly remarkable. The house itself was a gem. Spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of nine people, it offered breathtaking views of the city of Volos. Even amidst the storm, the scenery was awe-inspiring. stayed at Marita’s place for about four weeks and truly enjoyed every moment. The house is in a peaceful spot, just a short walk from the central square where you'll find restaurants, shops, and a pharmacy. It’s also perfectly located for exploring the many hiking trails in the area. The unit was spotless and immediately felt like home—warm, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Marita went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. When I arrived, the fridge and kitchen cabinets were already stocked with goodies and all the essentials, so there was no need to rush out for supplies. Marita, who lives next door, is a kind and caring person—and a true cat lover! We had many great conversations (in English) about life, which I really appreciated. Highly recommended! We loved our stay in nasia’s amazing place. It was pure peace with an absolutely amazing beach just a few steps away. Nasia was always helpful and even lent us some snorkelling gear to enjoy the crystal clear waters even more. Would recommend to anyone! Just a recommendation to bring some mosquito repellant for the evenings to protect yourself!

Πολύ καλή επιλογή για όποιον θέλει να μείνει οικογενειακά ή με παρέα σε ένα σπίτι όλοι μαζί! Υπάρχει κουζίνα με σκεύη για να χρησιμοποιήσεις και ότι χρειαζεται ένα σπίτι γενικότερα. Άνετοι χώροι και φιλική οικοδεσπότης που απαντάει σε κάθε ερώτηση ότι χρειάζεται!

Perfect location with ocean view. Everything perfect. Other families while we have been there. Children were able to play. Very quiet place. Wonderful for relaxing and to find inner peace

Εξαιρετικός χώρος, υπέροχο διαμέρισμα. Σε εξαιρετικό σημείο για εξερευνήσεις, πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα. πολύ ευγενικός οικοδεσπότης,ο οποίος απαντούσε άμεσα σε ότι τον ρωτήσαμε. Δεν χρειαστηκαμε απολύτως τίποτα όμως, το σπίτι σου παρέχει όλα όσα μπορεί να χρειαστείς.

הבית יפה מאוד ונקי, החדרים גדולים ונוחים, מטבח מאובזר, גינה נחמדה, מרחק הליכה קצרה מחוף ים יפיפה. ארי המארחת תמיד זמינה עם המלצות, עזרה וגמישות בכניסה וביציאה. מומלץ מאוד

Een heerlijke plek als je met een grote familie bent of groep mensen. De tuin is super om in te verblijven en het zwembad is fantastisch. Je hoeft eigenlijk niet weg. Ook alles was heel schoon en de eigenaar en zijn vrouw ontzettend aardig en communicatief. Je kan alleen niet makkelijk naar het strand lopen in verband met een drukke weg waar het huis aan ligt. Je moet dan de auto pakken. Alle mooie stranden en leuke plekken liggen heel dicht in de buurt.

Our stay at Andreas’ place was fantastic! The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, tidy, and equipped with everything needed for a perfect vacation. Andreas was an excellent host, always available to answer any questions and ready to assist with any request, making our stay incredibly smooth and pleasant. The property is just a short walk from the sea, and the beach nearby is wonderful. Highly recommended, and we would love to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at iris sea view. Thanos was a perfect host. Meeting us in the evening to direct us back to the house, smooth check in and delivering us oranges. Also received massage which was wonderful. The terrace is a beautiful sun spot in the afternoon, Afissos has a lovely beach. It was quiet as out of season, but the supermarket is open so you can get supplies. Lefokastro has a good taverna, still open in winter. I would love to come back again and stay for longer next time. Souzana was a wonderful host, very helpful and kind. The Vila is newly renovated with attention to details and has everything you need for your stay. Our family had a great time there. It is less than a minute walk to the beach! We highly recommend and hope to visit again.

Phillipos was in touch answering any questions right from the outset. Getting us a cot and car seat for the hire car. He met us at the airport and helped with our luggage and the hire cars. We then followed him to the villa so no need to try and find it ourselves. He checked us in and gave us a welcome drink, sat down and talked through the villa and area and gave recommendations. He was there and supportive the whole time if we needed anything. Excellent host and thoroughly recommend.

The apartment was clean and just suited our needs. The hosts were pleasant and kind. The apartment is new. It was really fun.
