Beautiful getaway right outside of Boston in a lovely town I would recommend Dean’s place to anyone visiting Boston that did not want to stay in the busy city but fairly close. The home was a unique with a great small back yard, parking, fire pit this tiny home is perfecto.

Our stay couldn't have been better for me and my family. Great location, quiet and private; set back from the road. The house was just what we needed with plenty of space. We ended up staying longer that planned and Maria was able to allow us to stay as long as needed. Maria was an excellent host and responded quickly to our questions. If you are planning on staying in Concord, I would recommend staying here! Thanks again Maria!!

We had an amazing stay, first off, walking in the place smelled amazing and the clean relaxing decor and night lights made it so cozy. The beds were inviting and having two bathroom was the icing on the cake! It snowed while we visited but the yard is amazing!! It has outdoor seating, a grill, and fire pit. The landscaping is definitely professional and tasteful like everything else he provided. We can’t wait for warm weather so we can enjoy the outdoors more! We've stayed here several times and it has become a home away from home when visiting our daughter. We enjoy staying here because the place is so peaceful, clean, quiet and has all the comforts of home. This will continue to be our place of choice when visiting the area.

This was our first time staying here . Definitely won’t be the last. Everything was clean and neat . Very comfortable . Lots of room. Loved having the pool table , darts and hot tub .

This was our 2nd time staying here and we love it! There’s plenty of space for our family of 6 plus a friend or two. The house is comfortable, clean and private. Just a few minutes to Rt 93 with ski resorts ranging from 30-90 minutes driving distance plus plenty to do in the proximity.

We enjoyed our stay so much. What a comfortable home for our family vacation in the area. Karen was welcoming and we were so appreciative of the fresh baked goods. Everything was set for our stay with enough linens for everyone. We ran into Karen a couple of times during our stay and always was delightful and open to help with any suggestions. We found the town quaint and what we needed from a bookstore to places to eat. Nice quick walk to the water for sunsets. Easy drive into Boston as well as up to Rockport and Gloucester. We even found it smooth to attend the 250 of Lexington and Concord. We loved our days starting with coffee and quiet comfort and relaxing in the evening around the table with our family for some games. Highly recommend this home! Thankful for our hosts!

A very kind couple and a lovely home. We had a winter storm come through at the end of our stay and they were very accomodating of a late checkout if we needed some extra time to deal with the snow. Also their hommade Banana bread is a 10/10!

Cold Comfort Farm offers a wonderful setting and view for anyone who wants a true New Hampshire experience. It reminded me of my youth growing up nearby. Jo was completely welcoming.

I had just left an Airbnb that was deplorable . Tony and Sonja ‘s place was just like going home . Felt very comfortable as a single woman having the space attach to their home. However felt very at ease when it came to privacy . The unit was immaculate. They could not have been more accommodating and kind . Highly recommend!

Had no issues, hosts were very responsive and gave specific instructions that were very helpful. Great stay!

Il soggiorno a casa di Molly è stato piacevolissimo. La casa è molto pulita e accogliente e la selezione di caffè eccezionale provvidenziale per la sveglia del mattino (grazie grszie grazie!). I dintorni di Ipswich sono tranquilli e ben servito con ristoranti e supermercati. Raggiungere Boston e i dintorni è estremamente comodo sia in auto che in treno. Consigliatissimo! Grazie Molly!!

We absolutely loved this air bnb. The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute walk to a restaurant, a nice, peaceful backyard. The back deck was the perfect place for morning coffee and the fire pit was a great thing to have for the still-cold April weather. Michael was very responsive when we reached out with a very minor request. The house was clean, organized, and well labeled! Lastly the largest bed was comfier than our bed at home, I haven't slept that well in months. Highly recommend, we will definitely return.

The cabin and views were absolutely beautiful. The place was easy to find, check in was easy, and Eugene was super responsive! Overall it was an amazing stay

Had a great time at Sean’s place. Wanted a nice fire, view, and something close to trails and this place answered the call. Very clean, everything as advertised, and would happily return!

Our stay was fantastic. Hot tub was great and clean. One thing I will say is while we were there, it snowed about a foot and the driveway was not plowed. Granted I have a large truck but our neighbors could not leave the driveway due to them having a small car. We had to basically shovel the whole driveway so they could leave. I obviously expected it to snow and have to shovel a little bit it’s a decent size driveway. However it did not take away from our stay at the cottage. I would still rent again for a weekend.

Christian was amazing! He was very responsive. The place has everything you need and it is extremely peaceful! I enjoyed it so much. 10/10!!!

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for us and our dogs—plenty of room to relax, a fully stocked kitchen, and super comfortable beds. We especially loved the fire pit and cozy wood stove for chilly evenings, and the coffee setup was a great bonus in the mornings. Brooke was incredibly friendly and thoughtful, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Marie & Tim were excellent hosts. So friendly, detailed, accommodating, and their recommendations were excellent. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and to make sure you have everything you need, and more. The cabin is a beautiful, rustic cabin with all the feelings of home. The furnishings and décor made it so perfect. On approach to the property, the lighting and appearance is so beautiful. It was like driving into wonderland. I hated having to go home! I wanted to stay forever! I cannot wait to go back! Thank you Marie & Tim!

My husband and I went to Ossipee to celebrate our anniversary. The cabin was cute, cozy, and exceptionally clean, with every amenity you could possibly need. Michele was a wonderful host, attentive to every detail and offering great suggestions for things to do in the area. She made our anniversary extra special. We will definitely be back—we loved it!
