Birch Hill Cottage is the original Head Shearer’s Cottage from c1900. It has been fully renovated & is a wonderful spot to come to unwind and completely relax. We have planted 100's of trees and are working on establishing a garden paradise over the 13 years we have owned the property. We are continuously upgrading the cottages & land. A charming two-storied cottage set on its own, with tranquil pond views and the sounds of countryside calm. Perfect for guests seeking quiet, space, and a touch of rural magic. Five minutes from Richmond. You have your own driveway, and private front lawn. The cottage is two storied with a bedroom upstairs- King bed. Lounge/dinning/kitchen/bathroom are downstairs. Kitchen consists of fridge, microwave, electric fry pan, toaster, jug,bench oven. Laundry- with washing machine. Pets on request

The Courtyard - in a beautiful rural location

The studio has a small kitchenette and a modern compact ensuite. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for your stay, including free Wi-Fi and off-road parking. The stand-alone studio has its own entrance in a shared courtyard with the main house, situated on 2 hectares (5 acres) in a rural location 15-20 mins from downtown Nelson. We have cows, goats, chickens, a cat and a small aviary. You are welcome to explore the property and enjoy the views and birdlife.

Tranquil location set amongst beautiful established gardens with a serene outlook to picturesque vineyards. Just a short drive to Marlboroughs finest wineries, food and the glorious Marlborough Sounds. Blenheim town is 10 minutes drive, Picton ferry terminal is 20 minutes away, wineries just down the road and the Blenheim airport is 10 minutes away. Separate from the main house our private guest house is self contained and fully equipped, perfect for a couple or business person.

DDOG Vineyard & Wetlands

Welcome....come and stay! Situated a few kms out of Renwick, the BnB is located in DDOG Vineyard's grounds and is at the end of a private road . Set away from the main homestead, you can enjoy your own privacy whilst taking in the stunning views over our vineyard and olive grove, and further across both the Richmond ranges and Wither Hills. You are welcome to walk around the property which include gardens, ponds and wetlands. Find a shady spot for a picnic by the stream.

Modern Country Retreat

Relax and enjoy this calm, stylish open plan apartment, part of a unique mud brick house. Spend the day walking around the property. Visit the animals, kayak on the dam, lunch by the pond and watch the magnificent sunsets over the neighbouring vineyard. 10 minutes to the historic Moutere Village for artisan produce, a drink at the Moutere Inn, New Zealand’s oldest pub, and many local vineyards. 15 minutes to Motueka and Mapua

Rest & Relax

Rest and relax in your sunny private riverside studio apartment or explore the close vineyards that surround us and the beautiful Marlborough Sounds. The studio accommodates up to 4 people and is located in Renwick a 5 minute drive away from Blenheim Airport and 30 minutes drive to the Picton Ferry. A minimum stay for 2 nights is requested. However we can arrange for a one night stay for $20 more if you reach out to us.

Vineyard Retreat

A lovely private and peaceful space set within a vineyard in the Waihopai Valley. This is a great spot to take time out from busy life. With separate guest access and use of a private courtyard, this airbnb offers the best of Marlborough in a quiet rural setting 10 mins from Renwick and 15 mins to the airport. Guests have a separate ensuite and use of kitchenette (fridge/cooktop/sink/small oven) and a shared laundry.

House on the Hill Olives country stay studio

Quiet French country styled self-contained overlooking olives trees 10 minutes from town. Just around the corner from the Golf Course. Surrounded with vineyards. On the Ben Morven bike route.
