The home's well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals. The two bedrooms on the main level each have queen beds. There is also a full bathroom for guests. Upstairs, you will find the loft bedroom that is outfitted with a queen bed and sitting area. A bathroom and even a twin roll away bed if extra bed space is needed.

Welcome to my cabin in the woods! I was living in the heart of DC till recently but made the decision to make this my home base as it’s the best place for me to relax and connect with nature. While this is my home, I travel regularly and rent it out while I’m gone as I want to share my piece of paradise with others. 1832 Historic Washington Bottom Farm Log Cabin

Welcome to our renovated 1832 Log Cabin on the grounds of the George William Washington and Sarah Wright Washington 19th century plantation. The cabin was the first structure built. Then came barns and slaves’ quarters (no longer standing). The dairy barn is now a woodworking shop and the bank barn was recently restored. The main house, built in 1835, is Greek Revival style. Today, our 300+acre is Certified Organic. We border the South Branch of the Potomac River. It’s ALMOST HEAVEN !
