Absolutely wonderful home. A short walk to Kotor, literally right on the bay. Spacious, wonderful shower, bed and living area (best shower we had in Europe). The hosts made us so comfortable. Always checking on us, making sure we were comfortable and beyond kind. We were greeted and taken care of by Marina’s parents and can honestly say they were the nicest and most open people we have ever met. We were sad to leave. It felt like home. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kotor, look no further. You won’t find a better home in all of Montenegro. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome! We will miss you!

Cet appartement est incroyable sur tous les plans. Je suis restée 28 jours et je n’ai jamais regretté cette location ! Sa localisation est parfaite ! Il suffit de descendre et quitter le bâtiment pour accéder à tous les services proposés dans les alentours (restaurants, boulangerie, boutiques…). À mon arrivée, le logement était chauffé et très propre. Les chauffages fonctionnent très bien ! La cuisine est fonctionnelle. Il y a de quoi faire le ménage, beaucoup de linges de lit et de serviettes. Il y a un étendoir et une machine à laver. Vos vêtements sèchent très vite grâce au chauffage. Bref, tous les éléments ont été réunis afin que je passe un excellent séjour à Tivat !

Pržno je malinké a čisto turistické stredisko. Apartman je čistý a veľmi pekný, všetko fungovalo až na teplú vodu, ktorá občas nešla. Nádherný výhľad, čisto a vybavenie všetko čo potrebujete. Milena je veľmi milá, bola nám každý deň k dispozícii. V auguste boli pláže preplnené, lehátka na pláži 30€ / deň, v Pržne nieje nič iba reštaurácie a potraviny. Autobus do Budvy premáva každých 15min. Peši 5 minút z Przna sa dostanete na skvelé a lepšie pláže až po Sv. Štefan 20 min peši veľmi peknými chodnickami v tieni. My sme chodili na tieto pláže aj 2 krát denne. Pobyt je podľa mňa vhodný pre tých, ktorý si chcúužiť more, pre rodiny s deťmi, oddýchnuť. Boli sme s deťmi aj starými rodičmi, sme spokojní.

Great value for the price! + amazing views from the terrace + friendly and welcoming family who live on the ground floor (can provide you with a meal upon request - we enjoyed their home-made food) + clear instructions on finding the place + equipped for cooking a simple meal + grocery store IDEA quite close * keep in mind car is a must in this area

Nenad is such a lovely host. The studio flat is spotless, conveniently located and very peaceful, very nice view from the balcony. Nenad's recommendations for places to eat were spot on and he also helped us with the airport transfers. We had a very interesting conversation about the history of Montenegro too :)

Wir waren 14 Tage in dieser tollen Wohnung. Das Meer ist toll und man kann zu jeder Zeit einfach reinspringen. Die Nachbarn sind meist Einheimische und machen dort mit ihren Familien Urlaub. Alle sehr nett und entspannt. Kinderlieb! Filip war immer erreichbar für uns und seine Mama ist ein Schatz. Sie brachte Gemüse, Krebse aus dem Meer zum Anschauen und fragte stets, ob sie etwas für uns tun kann. Jederzeit kommen wir gerne wieder. Danke für alles!

This place was amazing! The host was incredibly friendly, explained everything about the city, and gave us some fantastic recommendations. They were always available whenever we needed anything. The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered a great view. The old town and other key areas were very easy to access. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Ev gayet güzel ve temizdi. Özellikle park yeri için bu evi seçtik. Otoparklar doluydu ancak evin önünde şansımıza yer bulduk. Biraz stres yaşadık ancak ev sahibi ücretli otopark bulup fişi iletebileceğimizi söyledi. Turist ofiste de yardımcı olmaya geldi. Budva oldtowna 20 dk uzaklıkta. Yürümeyi seviyorsanız gayet iyi bir mesafe. Muhitte güzeldi tavsiye ederim.

Meri was amazing! She tracked our flight and was there to greet us with a friendly face when we arrived. Meri went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with her accommodations. Meri offered great recommendations and was a genuinely lovely host.

Our time in Risan was fantastic! Risan is at a great spot in the bay of Kotor. Not too crowded, but well situated to visit the must-go-to places. The Apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed and nothing more, don't expect a TV or anything too fancy. It was perfect for us, we spent a great family time. Just outside there is a great private terrace directly at the water with ample space to sit, spend time and have a swim. There where 2 kayaks free to use, which we took advantage of (went to the island with the church on, called our lady on the rock). A near mussels farm was great to have really fresh sea food and fish, other restaurants/shops nearby. Marko was a fantastic host, who made us feel welcome from minute 1 on. He and his father gave us all the inside tips and information we needed. Thanks for that if you are reading this Marko! We very much recommend this great place in Risan! This will certainly not have been the last time we where in Montenegro.

It is very close to Kotor Old Town, neighborhood is quite and safe. Parking space is covered our needs. Place was very clean and everything we need is provided by Nancy. Nancy’s son is so much helped us for our travel. We would like to thank them from here!

Muy contentos con el trato de Irina y Viki. La habitación estaba impecable. En todo momento se preocuparon de que todo estuviese bien para nosotros. Sin duda repetiría.

Bodin est très réactif et disponible. C’est vraiment appréciable !!! La proximité de la mer et l’équipement des espaces extérieurs sont de vrais atouts pour cette location.

Absolutely amazing stay! The apartment was in a perfect location, peaceful, beautiful, with a lovely promenade that led straight to the center of Kotor. It was a very pleasant walk that I enjoyed every day. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and we had a great chat. What made my stay even more special was the presence of their adorable cats – especially the charming Miss Serafina, who kept me company and completely stole my hearts. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything I could possibly need. I truly didn’t want to leave and are already dreaming of coming back. Thank you for the unforgettable experience and your wonderful hospitality!

Wij zijn hier 5 jaar geleden al eerder geweest. De locatie aan het water is overweldigend mooi. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om je te verplaatsen. De woning is opgesplitst in twee losse units. je deelt de locatie dus met andere huurders. Wij vonden dit geen probleem. Wij hebben alleen maar leuke mensen ontmoet. Ik hoop nog eens een keer terug te komen!

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

wir waren schon das 2. mal da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. alles ist bestens zu erreichen und die wohnung ist sehr sauber. wir waren 10 tage dort und der platz hat absolut gereicht. ein kleines, feines apartment zum wohlfühlen

The host Djordje, was incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. Öncelikle marija çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Konakladığımız yer anlatıldığı gibi çok temiz ve konforluydu. Marija hem kaldığımız süre boyunca yardımcı oldu hem de havaalanına gidiş- dönüş transferlerimize kadar düşünüp, ayarlamalar yaptı. Evde bir çok ikram düşünülmüştü. Yabancı bir ülkede olmamamıza rağmen evin mutfağının tüm soslara, baharatlara kadar donanımlı olması, banyoda çamaşır deterjanından kişisel hijyen malzemesine kadar her şeyin hazır olması tam bir ev konforu yaşattı. Ev çok merkezi, büyük marketlere, günlük Alışveriş dükkanlarına çok yakın. Sahile yürüyüş mesafesi. Konakladığımız süre boyunca bize hem rehberlik yaptı hem de irtibat halinde oldu. Bize ilk Airbnb deneyimini bu kadar yüksek çıtadan yaşattığı için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Her şey çok iyiydi , bizimle ilgilenen marija hanım çok sıcak kanlı biriydi bize her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Her sorunumuzla ilgilendi. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi temiz ve düzgündü.

This apartment was perfect for our needs — plenty of space, beautiful view, and immediate access to the sea. Its location made for easy access to nearby Kotor and Perast. Ilija was a gracious host and very responsive throughout the stay. We really appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond, even accommodating a last minute change to our plans. We hope to visit again soon!

Öncelikle çooook memnun kalarak ayrıldık. İrena hem kendisi çok tatlı, nazik ve iyiydi hem de ev manzarası, konumu ve olanaklarıyla çok güzeldi. Evin manzarası HARİKA! O balkonda manzaraya karşı bir kahve içmeden asla dönmeyin. Evin konumu perast ve kotorun tam ortasında sakin huzurlu bir yerde yine gelsem kesinlikle burayı tercih ederim. İrena ev sahibi olarak çok ama çok düşünceli ve nazikti. Bize ihtiyaç duyabileceğimiz bir çok bilgi verdi ve ilgilendi. Gelmeyi düşünen arkadaşlarıma gözü kapalı tavsiye edeceğim. ♥️♥️♥️

Staying at Elvir’s Airbnb was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The place was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. Elvir was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back!

This was a fantastic apartment, with stunning views. We felt right at home! It's about a 10 minute walk to the nearest access to the Bay of Kotor (small beach), with a beautiful promenade to walk along to reach old town. It will take around 40 minutes to leisurely walk to Kotor Old Town. There are steep hills to get to the apartment so I would recommend having a mode of transport or using the local taxis (which are great). Slobodan was a wonderful host, very responsive and great at giving local suggestions!
