Enjoy your stay at a 43ft RV with 2 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room. The RV is located at the center of a 63 acre ranch with beautiful views of the golden hills of California. You are 10 minutes away from downtown Salinas, and 35 minutes away from the gorgeous Carmel By The Sea/Monterey/Pebble Beach area. You are close enough to all the events but at a distance away to enjoy the tranquility of ranch living. Your gracious host lives in at the master house at the ranch.

Why us? We can sleep a large number of people in the same space for less money than you would pay in a hotel! Quiet, but very comfortable RV trailer that is large enough to hold 7 people. Amenities rival that of a small apartment. Great views of the countryside! The trailer sits on a small ranch, which we call Ranch Jubilee! The neighbors are spread out and we are in the "county" and not the city. Come on out to relax or enjoy feeding the alpacas! Oh and don't forget the horse too!

"The Cocoon": Charming Private RV w/Cozy Patio

Hello! My name is Martha and I would like to invite you to stay at "The Cocoon," our charming RV. Make it a fun family outing, a romantic getaway or a productive business trip. Visit the beautiful Monterey Bay (Salinas, Monterey, Carmel-by-the-Sea, and Big Sur). We are located near hwy 101 and hwy 1. The closest beach is only 10 miles away, downtown Salinas with fun shops and restaurants is 5 minutes away and a nice hike in nature is about 10 minutes away at Fort Ord National Monument.

Glamping/Tiny Home Experience Snowbird

It is a trailer with queen bed, kitchen and bathroom . Toilet and shower are in a separate private space. It is a place perfectly suited for resting. Expect to hear some dog barking whenever they go outside for a bit. They are inside dogs and small but dont be surprised if you hear them. It is a remodeled older fifth wheel model so don’t expect everything to be new. I’m not responsible for any lost items. No pets, if guest brings any pet, an additional $150 feet will be added.

Giving you complete privacy with plenty of yard space to soak in some sun or have a good workout. We offer an outdoor coffee table along with chairs for outdoor dining. Place offers every amenity you need to feel right at home. It is equipped with extra bed sheets and blankets, along with a smart TV.

This RV is cozy and private in Carmel. It’s spacious with plenty of beds and completely stocked with clean blankets, towels, pots, pans and dishes, utensils. RV is supplied with coffee, tea and sugar, salt and pepper and oil. It has a complete kitchen with fridge and microwave. full bathroom with small tub and full shower. Has hair dryer and iron and ironing board. This not a standalone home, it’s an RV with compromises, keep that in mind before you book.

Small Glamping Experience

Get cozy and settle into this rustic space. Small cozy place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee and a good night sleep surrounded by nature. No unattended pets should be left alone. I am not responsible for pets. Unit is located on a rural area on the outskirts of the city. Please do have in mind there could be wildlife noise sometimes. Unit is a recreational unit so please do not bring extra guests without host permission.
