Murphys Del Mar, located in the historic gold rush town of Murphys, CA, is the perfect place for friends and family to get away. Recently renovated, this 1400 sq. ft. home is on a corner lot just far enough away from downtown to shield any town noise yet close enough to walk to dining and wine tasting. We're also going green! As far as we know, we're the only rental in Murphys powered by solar and Tesla Powerwall batteries--great for the environment and virtually unreliant on the power company.

This 2000 sq. ft. home is fabulous for a relaxing visit, while enjoying fine dining or casual dining as well as wine tasting, shopping at the charming boutiques in this delightful Gold country town. Explore local caverns, hiking at Calaveras Big Trees or Arnold rim trail, Boating at New Melones, fishing in a creek or river nearby, ski Bear Valley in the winter or relax on the front porch.

The Heard House

The Heard House, in the heart of downtown Murphys, is something very special! Vintage charm and character everywhere you turn, lovingly updated with today's comforts and 5-star amenities. Located one block off Main St, within easy walking distance to everything downtown, including the Murphys Hotel, shops and restaurants, two dozen wine tasting rooms, museum, park and river. A sunny, fenced and private 1/3 acre parcel nicely tucked back off the street, with no traffic or noise issues

The Hideaway

The Hideaway is an enchanting one room casita situated on the outer crest of the property, The Confluence. Wake up to the sunrise with a lush *View* of the natural countryside from your private deck. The Hideaway is accessed by a foot path (200ft) from the Main House. The Private Bathroom is off of the Main House (200ft walk from the room). From the parking area to the room, it is roughly 400ft. There is no kitchen or cooking appliances other than a hot water kettle and a mini-frig.

Arnold cozy cabin

Only one block off of Hwy 4, walking distance to stores and eateries. One bedroom with one double size bed and a large loft, (up the spiral staircase) with one double size bed. Sheets and Towels are provided. Nice deck for outside dining. Dog friendly! (The yard is not fenced). Note: A small air conditioner is in the living room. It is a cabin in the mountains so it will not be as toasty as home. NOTE: Verizon works, AT&T has little or no reception in this area.

The Arnold Treehouse Cabin is a one-of-a-kind home, located a short drive from the Big Trees and Wine country. Recently remodeled this is a home with such an elevated look and feel. Designed with beautiful materials and furnished with modern and rustic pieces the Cabin sleeps 10-12. The interior is a open-plan. An expansive two story deck shows off beautiful views. All upscale cookware, mattresses and Lenin’s. Our home is equipped with central heat and AC.

This cabin has been recently remodeled with high end furnishings and appliances in a quiet setting but close to the local amenities. There is a 50" flat screen in the living room, 3 Sonos speakers to play your music and the kitchen is stocked with plenty of Williams Sonoma cookware, knives, and dishes.
