Unique New Remodel Close to Beach and Golf

Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

Walking distance to some of the best seafood restaurants and bars on the Marshwalk. Bring your boat up to 30ft with water and electric the public landing is only a few blocks away. We also have a free park pass to Huntington Beach State Park with everything you need to enjoy the beach during your stay.

The Salty Barn by the Marshwalk

The Salty Barn is tiny and anything but ordinary. It’s within walking distance to the Marshwalk, with plenty of dining options and fresh seafood. The comfy sofa pulls out into a double bed, or, if you’re brave, you can climb the stairs up to the loft, which has a queen mattress. Relax inside with views of the greenery outside, or pull up an Adirondack chair and relax outside by the Chiminea. This is the perfect spot for a quick getaway with plenty to do nearby.
