Located on the second floor this spacious apartment offers a full kitchen with gourmet coffee, cooking supplies and seating for four. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed and full bath, bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and full bath. There is ample parking in the rear of the building. There is a second 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment downstairs that can be rented separately for those traveling together.

Downtown Napa Gem - perfect for TWO!

Located downtown Napa, a short walk (three blocks) to dozens of shops, restaurants and wine tasting. The property was originally built in 1908 and has recently been remodeled. The rental offers two comfortable bedrooms, two relaxing patios, a living room and one full bath. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, but no kitchen. Easy parking in front of the rental. We are one of the 60 hosts with a legal Napa rental permit which allows us no more than two guests.

County of Sonoma Vacation Rental Permit number ZPE15-0201. Our place is centrally located to both the Napa and Sonoma valleys. We are walking distance to Endiku Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is upstairs above the garage, and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.
