Farm Cottage With Private Pool

*NOTE: the pool is solar heated and is only open JUNE 1- OCTOBER 31. Private, quiet, peaceful family or couple-friendly rustic farm cottage, wine country retreat with a private pool minutes away from wineries, like Schug, Gloria Ferrar, Viansa, Ram's Gate and Sonoma town square. Solar-heated pool is open June-October. We are locked in by three dead-end roads, so it's very quiet. Large deck, large pool patio, kids' play structure, and more. Horses are our neighbors and life slows down here.

Built in 1925, Maybecks' “Cubby” is your private, rustic, 750 sq ft, carriage house located less than a mile from Cal. Homey and basic - the deck is great for lunch, dinner, or just hanging out. It's an easy walk down to the gourmet ghetto, Thursday Markets, buses and BART. Carport provided, a car is recommended (hey it's located in the hills.) Not baby proofed, minimal fencing - sorry, no pets, babies or toddlers. Smoke free, no butts about it. Sorry, no loud music, or large gatherings.

Wisteria Garden is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage located less than three miles from the Sonoma Square. This is a no-smoking property. There is no smoking allowed in the house or on the property. The TV service we use is Roku with at least 3 of : Netflix, Apple+, Disney, HBO, and Showtime. Sonoma County has the following regulations in place: Quiet hours are 10PM to 7AM No amplified music outside. TOT #: 2694N Maximum occupancy is four adults and children.
