Our home and attached apartment is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in southern NH, just minutes from major N/S highway Route 93. We are thrilled to offer our New Hampshire-themed apartment to individuals, couples and families. Each room is decorated to represent the most interesting aspects of our state: the purple lilac bathroom, the maple bedroom, the white birch living room and a large second bedroom/playroom we call "the state room" - a fun, educational room of all things New Hampshire.

Private, smoke/pet-free 1st floor efficiency apartment with independent access for ONE PERSON ONLY at back of family home. Includes full bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker + WiFi. All basic supplies provided. Driveway parking. Mins from MBTA transit including commuter rail. Laundry-room access for rentals of 7 nights ore more. Sorry, no vaping and no smokers - even if you smoke outside - because smoke odor on you or your clothes can be left in your wake in the room. No open flame.

Meadowview is a combination of elegance and comfort from the walls of windows that flood the space with light and scenic conservation/golf course views to the spacious backyard that is perfect for a peaceful escape. It is 5 minutes from i-93 and a short drive to Canobie Lake Park, Manchester Airport, and about an hour to Boston, the NH Seacoast, NH Lakes Region and the White mountains.

(No interior connecting doors at all) It has its own private driveway and side yard. Reef tank will no longer be in the apartment after May 20th.

Located in the geographical middle of Boston you can get to anywhere in the city within 20 minutes including Harvard/MIT, Downtown, Fenway, Hynes Convention Center, Seaport and more. This pseudo apartment on the first floor is separate from the rest of the house and has its own private entrance, a private bathroom and a dedicated off street parking spot. The full kitchen with oversized counter is great for eating; comfy living room for relaxing and an office nook for working.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, microwave, and the washer and dryer downstairs mean less packing. When not out and about exploring the countryside there is WiFi and a smart TV to keep you entertained.

The Enchanted Garden | Pet Friendly Apartment

This Secret Garden-inspired studio apartment features a Bedgear queen-size bed, plush decorative pillows, and a desk & dresser. There is a 2-burner elective stove, mini fridge, microwave, and mini Keurig coffee maker.  The bathroom and kitchenette are ADA-compliant. This studio is dog-friendly! A doggy bed can be made available upon request. There is also a fenced-in dog park. As much as we love cats, we do not allow cats or other animals aside of dogs at our property.

The Outback of New Hampshire

Enjoy the peaceful countryside of New Hampshire. Your hosts, Ed and Rachel, are a retired couple who would love to have you enjoy a peaceful stay in a private section of their new retirement home. Even though the main home is occupied, you may never see the occupants during your stay. You have a private drive, a private parking space, a private entrance. The home owners use the front doors and very seldom go into the back yard so it's almost like you're there alone.

The Salem House | First floor 2 bedroom apartment

Historic 1850 built colonial house with restored exterior and interior odes to Doric order architecture. Originally built for a leather factory owner named Thomas Looby, The Salem house is now a beautiful opportunity to visit Salem in a distinguished space. Exactly one mile from downtown with off street parking, staying here allows being away from the craziness of the city center while intimately experiencing Salem by staying in a historic colonial home.
