The beach entrance is visible from the property, only 2 blocks away with golf cart parking right by the Hamlet Ave public beach access. There is a Shibumi beach canopy as well as a couple boogie boards for guest use. 4 Person GOLF CART INCLUDED w/TOWN PARKING PASS! Save Money! Park close to beach and boardwalk! ( must have valid license).

The pool has been completely renovated and is absolutely beautiful! This very clean condo (some say motel like bc of parking lot and kitchenette) is walking distance from some of the area’s best restaurants and hangouts! The Intracoastal Waterway and bridge to Wrightsville Beach are 200ft away. This unique location allows you to watch the boats navigate the waterway and see the sunrise. Centrally-located on the beautiful Cape Fear Coast, the PalmTreeHut is a charmingly-renovated Mid-Century garage that has preserved its authentic industrial/automotive charm, nestled among palm trees, with easy access to the Wilmington Riverfront, beaches, microbreweries, shops and natural beauty! As an extension of the tropically-themed PalmTreeHouse upstairs apartment, you may book the PalmTreeHut simultaneously for parties of four, or go solo on your Wilmington excursion.

Cowabungalow - Luxury Condo

This custom LUXURIOUS 1-bedroom oceanfront sleeps 4 w/pull-out couch and is completely NEW inside. This unit is oceanfront, 2nd story w/elevator, covered parking in a gated parking lot, and a fully stocked kitchen, park the car & never have to drive during your stay! Right on the CB boardwalk w/ many choices for ocean view restaurants, etc. Pet friendly with an additional $60 cleaning fee per pet and early check-in and late check-out fee $150 for each request w/ 2-day notice.

With ocean and canal views in the heart of Carolina Beach this little gem comes with a full service kitchen, a nice sized bathtub, and a king size bed! The ottoman in the living area converts to a comfortable twin size bed. Beach access being just a few steps away. 5 minute walk to the CB boardwalk.
