We always love staying here. The condo is so warm and cozy. Rob is a fantastic host. The views are amazing and the location perfect. We can’t wait to return yet again.

Loved the location. There was noise from the Seawitch but the rooms also have sound machines. Don’t wasn’t bad. The place is large. We loved the large porch. We didn’t spend much time inside. We were out and about. Everything is near by so we walked or took our bikes.

This was a cute little place perfect for a last minute beach trip. A fairly easy and short walk to the beach access was perfect. The only thing the 2nd half bath I did not consider as this. There is only a sink and a washer and dryer, no toilet. My family enjoyed our stay and loved the location of this rental. Thank you!!!

Great location, and a great time. Backyard with pool is perfect with plenty of room for activities and entertaining. You can walk to the beach and restaurants within minutes.

We enjoyed our stay! Super short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable. We will definitely be contacting Shelly for another trip.

We love this beach cottage! It is right on the beach but also offers a private, shady porch to watch the surf if you've had enough sun. A grill, outdoor shower and hammocks complete the beachy vibe. We have stayed at the cottage three times over five years and hope to go back.

Great relaxing retreat!! The oceanfront porch was priceless. We spent so much time out there. The owners were so responsive and flexible. We had two 18 year olds who had fun playing basketball, hanging out on the beach and touring around. We hope to go back soon.

We loved our stay here! It was great to having parking and already be right next to beach access. Everything was as described, and Mike was proactive and detailed with his check in and out instructions. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance and many more a short drive away. There were also lots of mirrors throughout the condo which would be helpful for multiple guests getting ready. We'd love to come back!

Ramith - thank you for opening your property to our group! It was the perfect house for both entertaining & relaxing. The only negative is that we couldn’t stay longer! You really thought of everything to make our stay easy! We had spectacular views of the sunrise and sunset that could be enjoyed from several balconies and the amazing rooftop terrace. The house is perfectly situated - quick walk to the public access for the beach and equal distance to restaurants and shopping. The house was well equipped and even included beach towels, beach chairs, pool noodles and floats. And of course I can’t forget the decor! It’s like the house has been staged for sale and it’s very upscale & modern yet comfy! Thank you again for the ease of check-in! We hope to be back again soon!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Stephen's SEARENITY! I needed a relax-cation and that's exactly what I got there! I stayed up my first 2 nights and watched the sun rise above the ocean and still had no trouble sleeping during the day lol. Perfect place! Stephen and Kristin were very quick to respond to any questions I had. I WILL be staying again very, very soon!!

This is a great little condo! It's cozy and tucked in right on the edge of the beautiful Fort Fisher State Park. Take your bikes and explore a lovely area!

The location is ideal if you are looking for beachfront with a view of the ocean and also a place where you can walk to the boardwalk and downtown area easily. I would stay here again.

We stayed at Ric and Chelsea’s place for a week and everything was great! House was wonderful and exactly what our family needed. Lots of things to do at the house and in a very walkable location. Ric was very communicative. All around great stay.

This is our third year at the House of Kai, we love this spot! Perfect for a beach trip with two young kids. There is so much to do - the boardwalk, Sunny Days BBQ with oceanfront views, Good Hops Brewery, renting bikes from Tong Silvani and biking to the State park, the boardwalk and the Brewery, the Sandspur, Fort Fisher for the aquarium and beach hikes, taking the ferry to and from Southport, and a quick drive to Wilmington for a day playing at the Children's Museum and walking along the river walk. Just the best!

The hosts for this house were amazing! We needed a special accommodation and they made sure to call and walk us through the setup. Any questions were quickly answered and the house was stocked with some great staples. Beautiful home perfect for our family!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jody’s place! Everything was excellent! The place was exactly like the photos and squeaky clean. We had everything we needed and more! Truly hope to come back in the future. Will definitely be recommending to our friends and family. Thank you for such a great stay!

This home was beautiful. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and could walk right out to the beach! It was a also a great location with plenty of food within walking distance.

The place was great for our family of 6. Every person had a bath towel and one wash cloth. The decks were great to sit outside for the sunrise! The kitchen amenities aren’t specifically listed, but they are enough if you want to do a bit of cooking. Bring your own beach towels - 2 are provided. We loved how quiet this place was down on the sound end of the island. It is a clean and cute place! We’d definitely come here again, though we were a bit put off that there are three hosts listed and no one responded to the two messages with questions that we sent before and during our stay.

The unit was just as shown in the photos and was very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with spices and coffee accessories which was appreciated. We enjoyed our stay.
