This is a studio cottage with expansive views to the western valley and Marin. Mount Tam appears through the windows from your super comfy bed. Step out of the crazy, busy world onto a forty acre permaculture farm. Relax in Two small cabins with cozy cotton sheets, down comforter queen bed, heater with a wood burning shepherds stove. Off grid Power and high speed internet. Next to the cabin a separate building with kitchen and shower. BBQ and fire pit . Bring your own wood for the fire pit. Outdoor bathroom. Small frig . I allow dogs in this space, their own bedding required. Trails to creek, stars in a dark sky.

Modern and spacious with glass enclosed porch, high ceilings and lots of French doors, skylights and windows. Close to town in the very nicest area within a mile of downtown, walkable, or bikeable with my cruiser bikes. You’ll love the views, the location, the goats, quail running around and delicious cafe next door. We just lost our mini horse 7/27 :( we had 16 years, sorry if you had planned on meeting him, it was a sad loss for us.

Our house sits atop the hill in Jenner and offers views of the Russian River just before it meets the Pacific. Surrounded by 4 acres and neighboring the Wildlands Conservancy, the property is calm, quiet, and a great place to take in the beauty of the Sonoma Coast.
