Please don’t try to sneak in your dogs, without telling us. We have new protocols in place to help keep everyone safe. Perfect stop for Hwy 101 travelers! Older, semi-rural, residential neighborhood less than 3 miles from d’town Ukiah & freeway. Studio apartment (700 sq ft) of a multi unit residence. Cozy casita style; private entrance, designated private parking(2), private deck area Bedroom (queen size bed), living room, kitchen table Kitchenette (no oven or stovetop) suitable for reheating, light meal prep and delivery. Tent, q-sized inflated bed, showers, ocean 1 mile

This tent is permanently darkened on the exterior by mold. We cannot clean it without destroying the waterproofing. It is ugly, but otherwise in very good shape; interior is NOT moldy. Tent is roomy, w/queen-sized inflated bed, firepit/free wood, picnic table, & propane heat if needed ($8 ). Bring your own bedding: pillows, towels, sleeping bags, etc. We can provide bedding if necessary, but have to charge a $20 flat fee for laundering (PG&E costs are ridiculous), for which we are sorry.

Relax at this stunning and peaceful two level house overlooking vineyards. Incredible deck, beautiful living/dining room with fireplace. Spa area with hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, gym and massage table. New theatre room too! 3 separate patio spaces and 5 desk options! So much space. Sorry no parties/events allowed here. If you are looking for a farm stay in the redwoods, come stay with us at this studio cottage with a full kitchen, washer dryer, patio, and fire pit. Enjoy the early morning (and sometimes all day) sounds of ducks, geese, turkeys and cattle . Surrounded by acres of Redwood trees, no street lights, and lots of wildlife. Enjoy the stars from the patio in redwood rocking chairs. The cottage has Roku Smart TV, NETFLIX, WIFI & all basic bath & kitchen essentials.

A large, open modern, one bedroom studio apartment on the ground floor of a Victorian. There's a stream of activity on the street, walking and biking. It's a swell, safe neighborhood with professors, students, families. Outside the apartment door you may enjoy coffee or a cocktail at the garden table. the Kitchen is complete and part of the living room which works well with the island, sofa, lounge chair, and kitchen table with chairs.

It's a great base camp for exploring the beautiful beaches, Redwood forest and local cities of Trinidad and Arcata. Maximum 3 guests, or 4 guests if one or more guests are under 12.

You need have no contact with owners. Completely separate building with own entrance & no contact on arrival or departure. Lovely sunny room opening to a serene and private patio for outdoor relaxing. In a quiet but vibrant community. Walk to or take public transportation to UC campus, Downtown Berkeley, Ashby BART Station (easy 20 minute walk), the famous Berkeley Bowl grocery store (15 minute walk), and much more.

Private cozy guest unit nestled under towering Giant Redwood and Fir trees, the Sonoma coast is 20 minutes to the west and world class wineries and microbreweries start 5 minutes to the east. Enjoy the Redwood deck with dedicated guest area, bbq fireplace, and hot tub. The hosts Jason and Kim were superhosts until Covid stopped all short term rentals last year, we are just opening back up for guests in July 2021.
